I ordered a larger amount of food, and didn’t expect much. I was pleasantly surprised! The guy in the drive thru was very nice and friendly, making sure we got everything right and hot. We checked the meal and were only missing one large fry, which he had no issue fixing. Very great job guys!

This was our first time at this location and having dealt with Hardee’s out in SC, I didn’t have very high expectations. However, Qualo, the drive-thru person, was immaculate. He was kind, respectful, and asked all the important questions. On top of having fresh and hot food, the quality of service and food is top-notch. I will be returning. I hope that everyone is like Qualo. This is what customers expect from customer service reps. Great JOB.

The young guy who works the morning drive-thru, name starts with a Q, is truly a breath of fresh air. He is always incredibly kind, patient, efficient and genuinely warm. He’s honestly one of the sweetest, if not the sweetest, person I’ve ever encountered in a drive-thru anywhere. He absolutely deserves a raise or a promotion, or should be the one training new staff, if he isn’t already. I wish more places had employees like him. He really deserves the recognition. I’ll be back because of him!

Drive thru seemed more important than dine in. In speed and efficiency. Manager directed staff rather loudly. Looaded bisquit had only ham in it.

Stopped in to grab a salad unfortunately the “green burrito station” was down so decided on a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. Huge mistake! Chicken was old and way over cooked. 1 small piece of lettuce. Definitely nothing close to what the picture looked like or the description of the sandwich.
Seems like the team members here don’t have much attention to detail.
You fast food chains must do better if you are gonna continue to charge 14+ dollars for a bad sandwich and half way filled, cold large French fry.
