It’s really disappointing I order from here a few times a month and have always enjoyed the food, but this time was different. We ordered a chicken and a beef dish through DoorDash (about $50 total) and substituted fried rice. Unfortunately, both meals arrived completely dry, with no teriyaki sauce on the meat and no side of sauce included.
I ended up driving 10 minutes back to the restaurant, only to be told I’d have to pay for sauce because “it was already added,” which it clearly wasn’t (please see the attached pictures). Both dishes were completely dry, and I was very disappointed that even after explaining the situation, the staff refused to provide any sauce without charging extra.

I have been to a lot teriyaki places. It is a Seattle way of life, teriyaki is. My favorite is the Mongolian beef. I have not ever had a bad experience here. My food is usually on point. I get the fried rice add-on and I like to order extra vegetables. If I can afford it. This place I find is the best place to order that very dish. I give 4 stars for atmosphere because it’s a teriyaki place. You sit and you eat. The food presented is good. The below photo is why and, I would rather eat here than a lot of sit down restaurants. I will continue to do so in the future and, I have for Multiple years now. I wish they had kimichi fried rice. No complaints.

I’ve been to a lot of teriyaki places, but this one is definitely the best when it comes to taste. Their spicy chicken teriyaki is so flavorful with just the right amount of heat, and the beef short ribs (galbi) are absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly.
The portions are great and everything tastes fresh. If you’re craving good teriyaki, this place is a must-try!

Hello, I was delighted to visit this place, which used to be one of my favorites. However, I don’t feel like returning. The cashier is a very rude person; she treats customers as if they’re giving her free food. She kept giving me very dirty looks, a discriminatory stare. The food is very good, but the service is terrible! I’m never going back there.

Great food. You sit yourself and then order from the counter. We had prawn stir fry, short rib teriyaki, gyozas, and wonton soup.

Ate here last night. Had the #13, Teriyaki chicken and general tsao chicken. Came with 2 mounds of rice and cabbage salad. The Teriyaki was cold to touch and the general tsao was steaming hot and had great flavor. The Teriyaki sauce wasn’t very good and looked greasy. Sorry but we won’t be coming back.

Update: Came here again, and ordered 2 orders of chicken teriyaki. Got home, took a few bites of chicken and it didn’t seem to be fully cooked and just tasted odd. My kids didn’t even want it and they usually love teriyaki. So I wasted $40 on junk. And from reading the reviews, it seems this place isn’t interested in making customers happy by remaking orders or refunding $. Won’t be coming back here anymore.
And p.s. The food isn’t always made fresh. When you order 2 entrees and they call your number a minute after you order you know that’s not fresh.
