Stopped by for a some ice cream. You order and step aside to wait – the girls working that day were more interested in counting their tip money than taking orders – so our order was wrong – they spend alot of time in the back, not paying attention. Chocolate dip became Chocolate sprinkles – not the same. My vanilla had to be changed to large cause there is no medium. The price was good and the portions are large but at least pay attention to what people order especially of you are gonna want more tip money to count.

Update: 6/25 Back again – no problems- great cone that was better than my staple Dairy Queen – no problems with order – great visit. The portions are large and the prices are fair.

The ice cream doesn’t melt which means it’s got chemicals in it that can harm you . It’s 91* out and 1/2 hour later it’s still not melting. We woke up in the morning to check on the ice cream we left in the car. Still looks the exact same. Gross!!

Great ice cream place! So many soft serve flavors to choose from! Traditional ice cream and a full lunch/dinner menu are also available. They do not accept credit cards, make sure you have cash or Venmo.

I’ve passed by often and decided to stop today. I had one of the best chocolate chip mint cones I’ve ever had! Portion was huge and the cone was fresh and crunchy. The girls in there were friendly. I’ll be there for more… real food next time

Besides the ice cream being wonderful so is the staff!! Stopped by today mentioned to the two young ladies working there was an active yellow jacket nest above the window. By the time my husband and I got to our car, both girls were in front of the place spraying and knocking all the nests down! Kudos to these young ladies for going above and beyond their jobs!!!! Thank you

Is the canalside cup under new management? There was no music. And when I asked i got a shrug and a immmmno. The food was good. But my sundae was not the usual. I did not ask for sprinkles and nuts. The girl with the dark hair and nose piercing. (Which i have no problem with, just trying to describe her) seemed unhappy to be there. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Your staff up front can make or break you.

P.s. I forgot to mention, they banged on the windows when our order was ready. What happened to the intercom?
