My first visit was just okay. I made an 11:30 reservation but forgot to tell the person I was meeting, so when she arrived and was seated, she was immediately told we needed to wrap up by 12:00, giving us only 30 minutes. We were then moved to a smaller, far less comfortable table, which didn’t help the experience.
The service was a mixed bag. Our server was genuinely sweet and clearly caught in an uncomfortable position, but the manager came across as tense and seemed to be taking it out on the situation.
Not a great spot for little ones, there’s no kids’ menu or child-friendly options. I asked for chocolate milk for my 3-year-old and they didn’t have it. I ordered her a fruit plate, and when I tried a piece of the pineapple it surprisingly tasted like onions. The eggs were also overcooked.
On the bright side, my chilaquiles with shredded chicken were pretty good.
Parking is a nightmare, and overall I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re bringing young kids.

Everything was delicious! Their drinks are pretty tasty as well. Outdoor seating was perfect on this summer day with plenty of shade. Look out to yachts and some water views. Staff was friendly and attentive. House made fresh corn and flour tortillas.

We did a mother daughter brunch here . The atmosphere is very nice and pleasant. I enjoyed the view of the water too. We tried the steak and eggs, pancakes and omelet. The omelet is spicy but all was very flavorful. I would definitely come back! The server was so sweet too. Very enjoyable!

The food is excellent. The restaurant is beautiful. And they had a friendly staff. I knocked a star because it’s hard to find. We ended up going into the parking garage that they share with an apartment building and it’s in the back. Also I over payed for my meal. I got the chiliaqueles but it cost an extra $8 for the steak and $3 to add an egg. It ended up being about $27 and it wasn’t worth that price tag when I could have gotten tacos for $14. The food is pretty fairly priced and delicious and the cocktails were amazing. We will be back.

Food wasn’t terrible but I can tell it’s not fresh. Our waitress was nice…. And the restaurant atmosphere was the best part.
FYI – check your receipt and make sure it matches what they’re putting on the menu (online is incorrect btw). They’ve gone up a minimum of $1 and some items even more.
Long story short – if you don’t mind paying for overpriced items that don’t match quality then this place is for you.

Great atmosphere with friendly and attentive service.

This is a Mexican Restaurant that doesn’t serve chips, even as an appetizer, but they do serve some salsa with the food. The salsa is decent, if lacking in spice.

Their tostadas were fantastic.

The veggie tomale had a giant block of well seasoned tofu. Unfortunately the tofu’s texture was a bit mushy and offputting.

The drinks were above average.

Overall, the place was more expensive than the quality of food deserves to be, though the atmosphere and service were what you would expect at a fine dining restaurant.

3 out of 5 stars

Lose one star due to not having chips at a Mexican Restaurant (even as a side or appetizer? Really?)
Lose one star due to mushy tofu that wasn’t even in the description of the dish.

The view and service at Indita Mia were honestly the best part of the experience, both were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the setting had a nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the hype or the price. Dishes were just okay, nothing memorable, and definitely not worth what they charge. For the price point, I expected a lot more in terms of flavor and presentation.

Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re going for the ambiance, but if you’re looking for great food, you’ll find better elsewhere for less.
