We put in a door dash order, charged 20 + dollars. 40 minute it says to deliver, 45 min goes by and nothing. 1 hr 15 min then door dash driver informed me they are all out of chicken. 20 minutes on the phone with DD representative and still 4 to 7 days for a refund. Why do business with people that are so poor with communication (marathon) . Almost 2 hrs of My life i will never get back. THANKS JIM TOWM MARATHON.

Deserves NEGATIVE 20. Put in a Door Dash order, were given ETA. ETA got pushed back. A second door dash driver went to pick up order. This driver called us: restaurant had no food prepped, credit card was charged. Guy gives door dash driver an attitude about not feeling like doing orders. Now we wait for funds to be returned to cc. $20 order plus fees. Great businessman.
