Went through the drive thru got 2 kids meals and a whopper meal. No problem. Then realized I didn’t get fries. Went in and told them and they made me wait like 8 mins before even getting a simple fry. Then got home and my kid took a bite of his burger and the picture below was the burger. Look at that old cheese. The staff looked like they hate their job. I will now only go here in the am that service is way better

We left here with great disappointment that the kids toy we were expecting were NOT available from the purchase of Kids meal.
Don’t come here for toy until you confirm they have them available.
Apart from this, I noticed the play area were filled of trash inside and around the structures.
Cleaning and sanitary of facilities are essential for customers’ trust to return for a safe environment.

Came in for a quick snack and walked out with a great experience. I was welcomed by Joe’s great enthusiasm and eagerness to provide the great experience. The food was delicious and I highly enjoyed the atmosphere of this Burger King because of the awesome and relaxing music playing in the background. Although the restaurant is a little understaffed, the workers are working extremely hard to satisfy each customer! I would definitely return again!

So, the first part of my experience here was absolutely terrible. They guy who was taking my order clearly was new and had absolutely no training. Took him a good 8 miss to even start my order. Then, they did false advertising. I posted a Pic to show. He couldn’t find it, so i asked for a manager. Issac was the manager. Extremely rude and disrespectful. How he was ever made management is a wonder. I told him I would like the 2 for 5 double croissantwich. He told me there was no such thing. I told him it was on his menu. He told me directly no it’s not.” I asked him to turn around and look on the menu directly behind him, where it showed 2 for 5 dollars. He turns around looks and says oh that’s wrong and continues to give me an attitude. At first, he was arguing with me about giving it to me for that price. I asked him so you do false advertising then. He got upset and said fine ill drop one dollar.”” It’s still not the deal posted, but I went along with it. I then paid and asked him if I could get his gm contact information or for corporate office info. He straight told me no! He then proceeded to say if you want their number, I’ll just give your money back, and you won’t get any food. So what is it you want.your food. I said yes. HE then states I thought so.” It’s people like Issac who get small business to lose so much money and have good customers never come back. HE looked a mess very sloppy and un professional. I called corprate and a very nice lady named Cherella. Who is the GM. She was very professional and promised to address the situation now If she really does, we will have to wait and see how the next trip is. The kitchen was a mess dining room was a mess and food was made wrong probably on purpose by Issac seeing how he’s the one who made it personally. I would stay far away until things change at that location.

Tarah is also an amazing associate!! This is easily my favorite BK location in the world! (I’ve been to notable locations such as the peak in Hong Kong! This place surpasses that view with the good vibes alone!)

OK OK !!! We were privileged to have the dream team night crew take care of us this one night. We were greeted at the speaker with “Welcome to Burger King.. YOU RULE !” We almost tipped the truck over with laughter. We had an amazing day with the family and decided it was a burger kind of night. The four of us are always having a fun time and your team took our day to a whole new level. We’re complicated, I’m not gonna lie and it did not matter. The lady taking our order, girl, were family now ! Than the register froze up and we had to do it all over again BAHAHAHA. When we pulled up to the front we were all clapping because we all survived that train wreck and lived to tell the tale. Thank you to Kiddy, Joseph, Terrell, and Tara. You helped to make our family day that much more special.

The service was spectacular. It wasn’t too busy this morning, so I felt like our cashier, Joe, was able to give each of us individual attention for our orders and provided an entertaining ordering experience for us. The food arrived at a nice warm temperature and my large fries were overflowing. The vibes of this location were immaculate: the music playing was chill and fun, and I truly ate like a Burger King today.

Ordered uber delivery and requested to add mustard, whopper already comes with ketchup. VERY LITTLE mustard and no ketchup! Uber eats support was not help so now I have to drive to store!

The food & service here is always a hit or miss.. (most of the time a miss) today 9/12 the service was good the food was good! My only problem is the play place is ALWAYS closed.. it has been down for maintenance sense Covid. I’m not an angry Karen wanting to leave a bad review at all.. I can suck it up and eat the food and take some attitude from the employees idc I only come here so my kids can play.. they like the food so to me that’s the only incentive in coming to BK but like I said it’s been “closed for maintenance” for years….. looks like laziness to me. SMH

Came thru the Drive Thru and the lady taking orders was audibly annoyed with me requesting fresh nuggets and chicken fries, as well as Extra Crispy Fries. I told her I had no problem waiting for the freshly cooked items. When I pulled up to the window to pay, she basically BARKED that I would have to pull around and park in front to wait.
I didnt feel like, “I RULED” like she said I did when she said “WELCOME”.
Oh…and when I finally got my food order brought out, the nuggets and chicken fries werent even hot, like freshly cooked food would be and the fries were soggy and stringy…..NO WHERE NEAR EXTRA CRISPY!
