I had an excellent morning at the Windsor Lake Coffee. The service was friendly and quick for as many customers as they were serving. My quiche was scrumptious and the coffee so good I had a second. I’ll be walking the dog up tomorrow morning for more delicious coffee.

We ordered ice cream for 5 people. The total came to 42 dollars. I hand them a 50. The host says I’m sorry we can not accept anything over a 20. So I had her a 20 and said let me see you make that work. We then were approached by the person making our ice cream and states I’m sorry we’re out of those two flavors. So then I said, just give me my money back. We’ll find a different place to eat. So she looks up our order and she says oh you had the salty dog and the strawberry shake well wait a minute we have all that. I don’t think they know which way is up. I like to support local businesses, but save yourself the trouble Dairy Queen won’t let you down.

It’s hit or miss with the food and drinks here, as well as the service. Some days it will be a delightfully wonderful experience, and others will be a disappointment. Most recently I had a soup and sandwich combo; the soup was lukewarm, at best, and the sandwich tasted “off”, like the meat was old. This is such a beautiful location, decorated with love and whimsy; it’s a shame the food and drink don’t consistently match it.

Windsor lake coffee has become my new favorite coffee shop after moving to the area! The atmosphere is immediately welcoming, you’re free to browse all the products coming from small businesses that are around the shop (sooooo cute!), and come on their food and drinks are to die for! My mom and I attended their Christmas tea party and had the most fun, every one is always so sweet and empathetic! Highly highly recommend 🙂

I recently moved here and had been searching for a local café to call my own. After trying several, I finally found this one, and it’s perfect. The people, the atmosphere, the location, everything about it feels welcoming and special. That’s why it breaks my heart to see that the café will be closing on the 25th of this month. The community seemed to have rallied around this space, and like im sure so many others, I’ll miss it. The owners created something truly wonderful here, and its absence will be felt.

First time in Colorado and just stopped in. Oh my gosh y’all have the nicest employees and coolest products! Not only was the coffee amazing, the food spectacular, but all your items for sale are so unique and cute! And who doesn’t love the Harry Potter flair everywhere?! Gorgeous little gem of a coffee shop. Lovely selection of jewelry and homemade gifts. I ordered a medium vanilla latte $4.40, very reasonable pricing and excellent espresso! Highly recommended stopping here! I will be back.

Great coffee, food, and Little Man ice cream both inside and available at their outside window! They also offer creative and delicious dirty sodas. Great place with a lot of character and history, the original counter is inside. Staff was friendly but it is a slower pace place so if you are in a hurry probably just want to grab a coffee quick.

I love this little local coffee shop! My friends and I rode our bikes into Windsor and stopped for a bite. The grilled cheese was delicious!
Some of us had iced coffees and some of us had dirty sodas and we were all so pleased!
The interior is so cute and the side window to pick up food if you’re sitting outside is a nice touch.
Please keep up the wonderful customer service! Unfortunately , it’s becoming hard to find these days.
