Cute little area in the back of a small antique mall. I had a cup of the blackberry cream and it was great! The cones are made on site fresh.

The kids wanted ice cream on our road trip, we came across Red Bird.
They are in the back of an antiques shop, fun place with plenty of knick knacks to look at, but most importantly, the ice cream was awesome! I had the blueberry cobbler ice cream which was delicious. I highly recommend stopping by!

The Days of the Week song has changed in our house this year. We now sing “Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Red Bird Creamery Day, Saturday!”
We LOVE our weekly dose of Red Bird Creamery at the feed store in New Waverly. We even had them out for an ice cream party at our farm and it was so much fun. Best ice cream we’ve ever had, hands down and it’s made right here in our little town!

Stopped by the business to meet my kid on their filed trip, and decided to purchase a double-scope of coffee-mucka flavored ice cream in a sugar cone. The young server picked up the cone with bare hands, & began to scope the ice cream; then she uses the butt end of the scope to stuff the ice cream into the bottom of the cone.
I have never scene ice cream served in such a non-hygiene way & I had to asked “if that’s how they’ve served ice cream” Yes, I almost walked away, but prayed over it for germs removal & still tried to enjoy it.
It was good,, but very concern about not wearing gloves when serving food items to the public.
Overall, that was my only floored experience, but atmosphere was calm , welcoming. & approachable.
I hope that was a mistake & not the norm!
