I always get their low fodmap bowl with salmon, sweet potatoes, quinoa and broccoli. But today I grabbed the Chicken Esquites Plate through MealPal, and wow, it was so delicious and flavorful. The seasoned chicken paired perfectly with the fresh pico de gallo, guac, and corn salad. The watermelon was a nice addition and I never would have thought that it would pair so well. Totally satisfying and tasty! Also always love the staff here, they are so kind, helpful, and organized despite the lunch time rush.

After a week of eating hot dogs and pizzas while struggling to find something decent for my son who has a celiac disease, we bumped into this little gem. The food tasted great. We had a holiday bowl with turkey, rice, green beans, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. Extra seeds and tasty spicy pesto added a new layer of flavor. The staff was friendly, they did not accept tip. Overall, thank you for serving real food that will not give you cancer.

Got 2 make your own bowls. The Chicken was all right. Some of the Broccoli tasted burned. The sweet potato was good and the Green Beans were good too if you like them crunchy. Although this is Gluten free, not all of them are Paleo friendly or Vegan. I wish they had the ingredients listed or at least mention what is dairy free, sugar free, etc. When we asked the girl behind the register, she had no clue. We had to do the guesswork to figure out what had sugar and not. Later we saw that the website has all ingredients listed, so you may want to check that out if you have allergies. But, both bowls tasted really good with the combinations and the sauces we chose.

There is seating upstairs as well .

Great value, lots of healthy choices. We liked it so much we went back the second day for dinner again. Choose your base of quinoa, salad, rice have a few vegetables and a protein. Our favorite was salmon. Butternut squash soup with coconut milk was so delicious! Got that twice too.
Sit upstairs and watch people walk by on the street below. Restroom is upstairs.
Close to all the Broadway shows.

Omg delicious and healthy!! I am so happy I found this place and tried them.

And they have a whole 30 bowl I ended up getting inspo from that to create my own whole 30 friendly bowl – greens, their broccoli, sweet potato, turmeric tahini and a greens sauce and turmeric almonds and boy was it absolutely delicious, fresh and everything I could have wanted delivery is hard and eating out is hard when on whole 30 but I am tired of cooking. Thank you so much Little Beet!!!

I thought the Fall Miso Tofu salad was so good. The tofu was well cooked and the slaw that accompanied the tofu gave it a lot of flavor. Plus I felt very healthy with the lettuce rather than rice

Great spot for a healthy meal. I also had the leek soup wit coconut loved it . The with got the quinoa with salmon. That dissapeared real quick. Our friend got hers with kale . It was great. I do recommend sitting upstairs. Usually in the winter or cold days you can feel the draft and it can blow stuff off your table. Non the less the food is awesome all 4 of us and my baby loved it

The food is delicious. One of my co-workers introduced me to this place and since then I have recommended this place to many other people. The experience has not been as good recently; it seems like they are not keeping up with the higher demand. The other day my sweet potatoes were all raw, one day it was all burned, another day they gave me very little chicken and today they had ran out of many thing before 1:15pm so I could not get the things that I really wanted.

I really love the menu (healthy options) and I just hope that managers do something to keep up with the good quality of food and service so that I can continue to come back.

We were staying in Times Square and I was walking to Urban Hawker to get my son, who has celiac and severe dairy intolerance, some sushi, when I passed by The Little Beet. I stopped in the next time about 40 minutes or so until they closed. I was so thankful to find this gem. I ended up getting something too and glad I did. Everything was so tasty and it felt so good to eat something fresh compared to anything else I would’ve found on the fly. My son loved it too and ate every bite. I thought the price was good for the food and portion. On top of that, the employees were also so kind. My son had a bit of time trying to figure out what he wanted and they were so patient. Made sure I was set up with a bag to carry it easily. We ended up coming back another night. I wish they had one near me. They had a menu laying on the counter with all of the allergens. Gluten free/ dairy free folks, this is your place!
