My husband and I had one of our first dates here over 9 years ago, and we chose to come back to Belle Vue for a date night before our first child was born. The food still did not disappoint. Lovely food, a great atmosphere, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend visiting Belle Vue Bistro if you’re ever in Swansea and fancy a fantastic Italian meal.

We were early evening diners, so at first had the restaurant to ourselves. We had a warm welcome and given water whilst looking at the menu. We had starters and a main but were too full for a dessert. The food was cooked fresh to order and they were able to change items on the pizza. Really pleased, will definitely go again. They gave us a box to put the remains of our pizza in.

Went in on a Friday afternoon without a booking and were seated right away—probably because we were the only ones there, so it was nice and quiet. The person working there offered us water, which we accepted, but were surprised to find we were charged £3.00 for it at the end…
Our food took about 30–40 minutes to arrive. It was really good, though the pasta was a little plain and could’ve used more flavour. The meatballs, on the other hand, were amazing.
We also had dessert, which came around 15–20 minutes later. It was delicious, though the portions were quite large.
There was only one person working, which may have explained the wait time. Despite some issues, we’d definitely consider going back.

I had an excellent experience at Belle Vue Bristo Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and you can really tell they care about quality and taste.

Went, for the first time, for a late lunch about 14.30. It was bitterly cold outside and the restaurant was immediately warm and welcoming. We ordered and asked for a couple of changes, eg salad instead of chips etc, there was no problem with any of the changes. There was a bit of a wait for the food to arrive, I’m assuming because it was freshly cooked. The food was absolutely lovely with generous portions and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and will certainly return. The price was very reasonable and well worth it

Average. Quality could have been better considering the prices. The pasta was a bit too salty, the ice cream didn’t have a creamy texture. Pepsi was warm. Overall it was okay but probably wouldn’t come here again.

Just had a fabulous afternoon in Belle Vue Bistro Swansea. There were 4 of us, the staff were super friendly and attentive.
There was plenty choices on the menu, with the prices being very reasonable. So glad we went decided to go here as we had a great time and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, will be going back soon.
