Soo today I came here to get lunch and I must say the hot chile was very spicy but tasty. The girl in the front was very helpful with my questions and the guy in the kitchen can i take home to cook for me!! Food was hot and fresh and you can see the food cooking as they serve out dishes also the kitchen looked very clean. Dont find many good places like this around town.

Love this place I usually pick up burritos from here on my way to work during the week but Saturday morning I had called for 2 no egg ones because my son hates eggs they had no issues making it. I dont go to Santiagos cause they were having a fit making it for us. Anyways my son loved em said “Mommy these are really good” Thank you to the guy who made it for him your the best!

The best breakfast burritos in town hands down the chile probably the best ive had! They cook the food right in front of you so you know its fresh. Family owned and very friendly. My wife called in and picked up 10 breakfast burritos this morning for our guys at work and they were tasty just what we need to start off our day. Also they are open on chrismas eve and we appreciate that.
I had seen these negative reviews and had to say something we have been coming here for about a year now and jospeh the young man who works in the morning and his family have always been awsome everytime we go in. The food is always delicious and fresh.
Senor miguels dont worry about these Grinchs. They are just in a bad mood because of the holiday season people act a certain for some reason around this time of year. I own a small business and know how its like. So keep doing what your doing and have a Blessed Holiday.

Cheap prices but that’s because it’s Mediocre Mexican food. You get what you pay for. Theres no consistency in the green chili. It taste different at times. Sometimes it real salty. The breakfast burritos aren’t good. They have no flavor to them. They overload it with potatoes. The potatoes and eggs aren’t seasoned at all. They’re very bland. They’re also premade, so when you buy then after 9am they are room temperature. When you get a beef n bean burrito they load it with beans and barely any beef.
One morning I went to get a breakfast burrito and one of their relatives got out of a car and brought in a big cooler full of premade breakfast burritos. So they make them at home and bring them to the restaurant throughout the morning instead of making them in a FDA approved kitchen. Also The woman who works there usually has an attitude and is rude. It’s the only mexican restaurant in the area so I’m sure that’s the only reason why they get service. Typical Aurora Mexican food. If you want delicious mexican food go to Denver.

This has been my favorite restaurant for many years now. Not because of the delicious food, or the yummy green chili, but for the amazing people who own and run this place. Been going here for years, I used to work at Buckley and every Friday we’d get breakfast for the crew, never disappointed. That was the original location, since the train was built to go to DIA they moved to the current location, I was in the neighborhood and remembered it was there, glad I went.
