I recently moved to the area and was happy to learn of so many gluten free options. Being limited and gluten free, I realized I had gotten comfortable with pastries that were just ok. However, after trying Benefit Your Life, I realized that gluten free doesn’t have to mean baked goods are just ok! Everything I have tried has been excellent! They recently made a cake for me and it was incredible.
I love that they care about the ingredients they use and avoid seed oils. They have so many options. If you’re gluten or dairy free- I would highly recommend this bakery!

Went with a friend who cannot eat gluten. I have to say, I was impressed with the food and dessert options. Strawberry cupcakes were delicious. Raspberry Danish yum !

This is a gem of a little place which I wish was much closer to where I live! Everything was dedicated gluten-free, with a guide for all other possible allergies/preferences including nuts, vegan, paleo, dairy, etc
You can sit and eat a meal and have a coffee beverage, and you can take bakery and frozen items to go as well. I ate a curry chicken salad sandwich and got a box of about $75 worth of goodies to go, along with frozen lasagna and a soup.
Amazing! I’ll be back

Gluten-free goodies for people with celiac disease or common allergies! Options include dairy free and nut free desserts, too.
Everything tastes heavenly, and they make lots of comfort goodies and treats.
It’s my favorite spot in Knoxville and highly recommend for folks looking for a new sweet spot!

This place is awesome. They have things that I never thought I would be able to have again, like delicious scones, sausage gravy and biscuits, bagels, even German chocolate cake. All gluten-free. My weight loss may suffer, but I will be back for more

This has to be the best gluten free bakery in the nation! We love traveling through Knoxville so we can stop at Benefit Your Life and stock up on all their wonderful treats! I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a treat that wasn’t absolutely amazing. As a celiac, I love knowing that everything there is safe for me to eat.

My sister got my baby shower cookie cake from here and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It tasted absolutely amazing—everyone at the shower raved about it especially being vegan and gluten free, no one could tell! 10/10 highly recommend for any occasion!

I keep reading how good this place is and while I am hesitant to leave a bad review, I believe the review is warranted . I have tried the desserts three separate times. My experience is not in line with other reviewers. The strawberry cupcake icing is so old it is crumbling, and the cake is very dry. The nutter butter has very little flavor, except for the chocolate on top, and the sausage quiche is the worst I have ever tasted. I spent $56 only to throw away 3 of the 5 things I purchased. The curry chicken salad was delicious, but it was freshly made behind the counter. I purchased a frozen lasagna, and will review it upon tasting it. I have been gluten free for 5 years and am a cook. The quality I expected just wasn’t served, especially given other reviews. I will stay away from deserts and quiche going forward. I will return for the curry chicken salad.

Stopped in while I was visiting (weekdayquick trip). It was breakfast time and I really wanted a gluten free sandwich or something savory, not sweet. They only make breakfast items on the weekend!
Pictures are from my first review a few years ago.
