I went to sonic tonight 10/8/25 and got two large sonic chili cheese tots that are half full and a order of chicken tenders that are soo burnt that are hard and not edible. Its crazy for food to cost what it does then you get this. Ridiculous

When I was asking for the Manager, he showed up and was very rude. He did not even apologize, just said: “We give no free food” when I was asking for a refund.

This was a cookie dough blast that I ordered with extra cookie dough. As you can see there are no cookies at the top and there was 6 pieces throughout the whole large blast. Went back and asked for more cookie dough they said they would have to charge me again after I didn’t even get any the first time. Not only that they only gave me half my food in the line and then pulled up to the window after 20 min waiting for this blasts without cookie dough 0 stars

At first our order came out wrong, but the manager came out, gave us fresh food because we waited a good while, didn’t charge us, and made it right even though we went through some issues. He was very respectful and kind. We need more mangers like this gentleman that cares to make it right even though he may of been having a rough day.
