Excellent and battered chicken strips, which were very tender and fried to perfection. The cheese grits were an excellent choice for a salad along with the collard greens, which I highly recommend the service sitting at the bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this location for a reasonably priced meal

First time to visit. Very nice servers. Salmon was good. Asked to go light on the seasoning. Mashed potatoes were dry. Could actually roll the clump around on my plate. Broccoli cooked as requested… fork tender. No bread/ rolls.
Daughter got the fried green tomato BLT. She said it was very good. Husband got the fried shrimp. Said they were good. One person got the hamburger and had to wait a bit for the server to return to request condiments. Tell them when you order what you want. I would suggest.
Granddaughter order chicken tenders and fries. Waited waited. We were all half finished by the time her order arrived. Server said they were waiting on the fries. The fries that come with almost every dish. Those should be a quick turn around. My daughter told then to take that meal off the bill which they did. Maybe just an off night. Server was very nice and apologetic. Finally said the chicken strip dinner for our granddaughter had been given to someone else. But it was still the fries that caused the wait.
Busy. We got reservations. Food was good. Server tried. Kitchen must have been having a bad night.

Really great food! Had the 5 Spot Meatloaf and Shrimp & Grits. Both were fantastic. Food came out quick and there are a good variety of draft beers.

Fun little place. They need a rotating door, so many happy people coming and going–there were people continually coming in!
The Fried Geen Tomatoes were excellent! The Shrimp and Grits were Delicious! I have never had them before…so, so glad I finally had this yummy dish.

A larger beer list, more mocktail /low ABV options, and some top shelf sips would be a good add at the bar. But, it’s not bad. There’s a bit of everything including some local stuff.
Fun atmosphere. Modern decor and clean. Plenty of TVs, but not a sports bar feel. Well-lit.
Vegetarian menu options are nice.
Very welcoming greeting. Very friendly and attentive service.
Great for small groups or date.
Could be a family spot, kinda depends on your kids.

The food was typical pub food but all served fresh, fast and hot. The blackened shrimp was super! Really spicy but wrap around your tongue in a good way spicy. We sat in the bar section at a high top so the bartender also waited out table. She ( Marissa) was fabulous. Drinks came on time, dirty dishes disappeared, recommendations were perfect. We highly recommend.

We stopped here on our way to Columbia, South Carolina. It was an excellent idea. The food is excellent: we had the 5 Spot hamburger, meatloaf and the brussel sprouts appetiser. All three were excellent choices. The staff is very nice as well. Definitely worth stopping here. Will be back again.

What makes this place special, is the service. Top notch. Super friendly, super efficient! Food is really good too! Never had anything I haven’t liked there! The “Trucker” burger and their burger sauce is REALLY good!! My nephew and both of his parents have frequented this restaurant and I’ve been several times. Nothing bad to say! Especially and emphatically happy with the staff AND management!
