I’ve been at Saladworks many times but the service keeps getting worse as well as the quality of the food. When kale starts yellowing or becomes dark it needs to be discarded. I don’t even eat discolored kale at my home so why should I pay $14 for a salad with yellow disgusting looking kale? This is not the first time that it’s happening but this is the last time that I will be buying from here. The servers are amazing but the cashier, that older man, could use some training in customer service. I hate that it has come to this but do better Saladworks. This quality food is unacceptable.

Absolutely worst “soup” I have ever had and the “cheesy quesa dippers” do not ever get them absolute trash and the tomato bisque soup was disgusting and wasn’t even cooked correctly I will never eat from here again

This particular saladworks needs to close. I’ve been at the mall many times out the the three times I’ve stop by saladworks. The food has been horrible. One time slad was spoiled dressing water down. 2 other times I’ve try their soup to find the broccoli creame soup, broccoli was spoiled. 2nd and last time today 5/31 202/ broccoli and cream was wartered down. Never agsin. They need to close or get new management. Sorry a 1 star for me.

My favorite salad place. At this point I’m a regular. The server knows my order by heart and the salads are filling. Although, i feel as if the server does a better job than the manager. He is very rude but i wont hold that against him maybe he has something going on in his home life. Otherwise, i have always have a great experience ordering from here.

I love their salads but the customer service is terrible. My order took very long. it looks like the worker was new. so, the manager came out for help but he seems didn’t care about the quality of my order at all. The wrap that warps my salad wrap was upside down, and he burnt my wrap so he changed the wrap very poorly. I was almost feel disgusted… I don’t know I will visit there again. 🙁

I ate here last night at about 6pm and I have A couple of complaints. The salad I received was a little pricey for what it contained, but it’s the mall so what do you expect. However, it was actually rather bland too; not a lot of flavor at all so that didn’t help matters.
The biggest complaint however might not be even be related to this salad but I believe it is. I ate two things all day yesterday, this salad (at about 6pm) and a turkey sandwich (from a 7-eleven in Bloomfield, NJ at noon) I know. I suspected the sandwich too. But I didn’t feel like steel pincers squeezing my bowels until around 8pm. How long does that take to set in?
The lettuce and other veggies appeared fresh but who knows how clean…? Anyway bottom line: I won’t be buying anything from this place again (or that damn 7-eleven). It is definitely Not worth the constant trips to the bathroom today.

Ordered take out for lunch, ordered online for noon and when I arrived everything was read my for pick up. The employee even double checked that I received everything in my order and the one item he was out of he replaced after calling me. It was a perfect lunch and a great value. Definitely will revisit when I am back in the area.

the salad was good but i got the absolute worst chicken caesar wrap i have ever had. it was poorly wrapped, falling everywhere and mushy. the dressing tasted like mayo. it was offensive to chicken caesar wraps honestly.

I have had two good experiences here—the staff was super friendly and nice and they even gave me a discount for paying cash which was nice! It might not be the highest quality of freshness but everything tasted good, they had some great options of toppings and it’s reasonable for a nice sized meal!

I just found out about this place recently and I’m so sad it took me so long to get here! It’s delicious! But what makes me even leave a review is the awesome service. Both Elliot and Mike are amazing employees and super friendly. They always remember my order even if I haven’t been back in some time. Great food-better people!
