Food was ok but the customer service was horrible. I made an online order and picked up at the machine had to add for the sauce as they didnt put it with my order and i paid for it. The lady was sitting on a chair at the register and when i asked for the sauce she got an attitude and made a urghh sound. Then she came back and i asked for a bag and she got even more upset.. this is the job you picked and im just a paying customer!!

The pizza was tasty, but the crust was a little bit too hard. I ordered the 3 meat pizza. What I don’t like is, the person that loading the items on the pizza is constantly picking up his phone in between orders and doesn’t wash his hands. And the guy thats boxing them up are doing the same thing, although he is not touching the food. This observation was a few weeks ago. But, I like their pizza a lot.

I ordered breadsticks and a pepperoni pizza, happy my breadsticks were cooked but the pizza was overcooked. My last time here i got raw breadsticks and pizza, i thought it was cheese at first but no. I was continously sick after eating such food. They have horrible mannerism and so unhygienic. They don’t wear gloves nor masks while making the food. Disgusting, and horrible. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Ordered lots of pizza for my kids birthday party online for pickup 4 days early. Went to get them and they had a sign on the door saying closed oven is broken. Called the other little caesars and they can not take the order and I would have to pay again but they can’t make them in time anyway. Waited on hold with the corporate office for an hour and they said the manager of that store was going to call me. No call. No refund. Called corporate again, on hold another hour. Same response. Had to have my credit card company return payment. This place is a joke!!
