Today was a great experience! I was welcomed with a hardy, “Welcome to Jersey Mike’s ” by both employees! Next, the order taker was pleasant as she waited for me to decide. ShaTerka (incorrect spelling… my apologies) was very polite, assured a clean work surface, and precisely followed my order. Impeccable detail! Her kindness today was much needed. My family and I enjoyed our dinner.

Use to love going there, but now this one male server turned us off. He was very impatient with us ordering and was very rude. He acted like we wasn’t welcomed there. So I won’t be returning! Jan 23 2022 I went to this location for dinner. I ordered three subs and the total was $47.43. I paid by debit card and the transaction was approved. The clerk told me it did not process and I had to pay again. I showed my online bank account and charge was there. Another employee joined our conversation and told me I was wrong again. Walked off saying I was a dumb a$$ white man.I paid again to get my food and left. Two charges of $47.43 were deducted from my bank account. I returned to Jersey Mikes again on Feb 9 2023 and presented the charges to them. Immediately started lying and saying that it wasn’t her. Two minutes later started telling lies about what happened(must have forgot she wasn’t there). The owner was going to call me to get this all worked out. Instead he started texting me asking me for proof. I sent proof and now he says it was a glitch in the system. Will get a refund in the next 10 days and did make one statement about the behavior of his employees or intent to correct this until provoked by me. Terrible customer service, mediocre product and less than par correction from the owner.
