I purchased a pot pie, I went back to counter told customer servicem person. That pot was very dry and looked like it has been setting very long she looked at me like she was lost and don’t do anything or asked let me what see what i can do. I went back tried to eat it. But was dry. Before I before i left asked for manager. I girl name claudia, which don’t look like a manager, due to the way she responded she needs more training to being a manager . She has no experience how you take care of customer .I explained about the meal and she didn’t respond and just looked at me and walked away. I am manager And manager needs to care of their customers. She has no idea doesn’t how to take care of there customer or have any customer service experience. I wish her luck if she is really a manager. Very Bad service experience . I noticed how many one stars this location has. No wonder , like the say one bad apple can spoil the bunch.

We grabbed an 8pc family meal through the drive through window. I get home and notice that they forgot to give us our biscuits, I kind of blamed myself for not checking the bag while there. So I drive back show them the receipt they give me the biscuits and once I get home again ready to eat my wife grabs a biscuit and it was completely raw on the inside. Every SINGLE BISCUIT WAS RAW ON THE INSIDE. Finally trying to move past this terrible start to our meal my wife finds a piece of plastic in her chicken.

terrible place, asked for a 16 piece family meal, pieces were either terribly small or the breasts looked big but no meat on the inside, asked for a small side of cole slaw and the dis not give the original large side that came with the meal, terrible, never ever going again… overpriced, terrible quality…

Yesterday 9/7/25 I ordered with Uber a Combo 2 piece breast & wing grilled $10.49 & I paid on the side for a family mashed potatoe size & a personal Cole slow, what I got in the box was 1 leg & 1 thigh w/a personal mashed & Cole slaw……
I called the restaurant & they are not taking phone calls, today was the same thing…
“THIS IS THE WORST KFC””!!…always in my orders they sent wrong items, or missing food & I called over there & spoke to the manager but now they’re not answering the phones. It’s pathetic that your paying for your food & they don’t sent what you’re paying for is a joke for the customers and very disrespectful. I am going to write & send a letter as a formal complaint with the BBB & see what they will do with all this issues….

It was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. This location supposedly closes at 1 a.m., and I arrived around 11 p.m. The main door was already closed, so they were only serving through the drive-thru. They were polite taking my order, but the food was a total disaster: the fries were super hard, the coleslaw was rotten, and the roasted chicken was cold. The only thing that seemed freshly made were the chicken tenders.
Definitely, I’m never going back to that place. Be very careful when you go to these places, because they tend to cook as much as they can early so that by closing time they don’t have to spend extra time cleaning up and can just leave.

KFC is a great place to eat fried chicken. Great mash potatoes and gravy, potatoe wedges, popcorn chicken, corn and yummy biscuits.
Always very tasty, quick service and nice fast food ambience.
