First time ordering in this location via phone. Customer service is good and pick up is on time. However I had the worst looking French toast I have ever seen. I could have done better making my own French toast at home. Toasted bread and butter would have have been better. Will never order on this location again.

This place has been hit or miss with service and the same sentiment with food. Took my mom out to eat on a Monday 2 tables. We order first waiter can’t be bother to remember our drinks. He support to be writing them down. Goes to the second table spot on. What I get a what suppose to be a chocolate shake look pathetic, still managed to get the swiss mocha wrong. By this time the second table received their food. We are still waiting for ours not hard I asked for a burger wrapped in lettuce not tomatoes, no mayo, Onions, avocado and well done. I get a burger with tomato no avocado no onions and a handful of pickles. Round 2, I get a medium burger bleeding, avocado and cold fries. Of course I’m bother by this I can’t eat it. Just ready to leave

Great customer service from our server. Plenty of options on the menu. The place was very clean, even in the bathrooms. I do also like that all IHOPs have multiple syrups to choose from.

I can’t give this place less than five stars because it has everything you look for in a restaurant. Attending crew is super polite and I being mexican feel at home here. I have never tasted any food that I don’t like here, anyways, I recommend the T-bone.

I had the Smokehouse sausage and eggs with hash brown potatoes and buttermilk pancakes. Good flavor and the hash brown potatoes were perfect, not crispy or burnt. Love IHOP coffee, for restaurant chains I think there coffee is the best!

The food was very poor. My pancakes we’re cold, my eggs had -multiple- hairs in them, and my partner could have chipped a tooth on this ridiculous silverware. Their prices are also awful. $15 for a meal is too much for an IHOP. This isn’t fine dining.
I give them two stars as they apologized and comped my meal, but we still paid $20 for one meal and one coffee. We won’t be going back.

Cleanest IHOP I’ve ever been in! Great service, spacious dining room, and our server was fantastic! I had simple pancakes and my wife had the Pancake and French toast meal. We both very much enjoyed the simple but well done meal! Will definitely return for another Saturday brunch!

Took the family out for breakfast and we had a couple hiccups. We have been here multiple times and never experienced any problems but it was not to be this time. Dining room was pretty full and there was only one server(it’s not the servers fault I get it) so she took a while to take our order. When food arrived this is where the biggest issue with our meal happened. There was ham on 3 separate plates that was spoiled I previously worked as a short order cook before so I know what it’s like just trying your best to push food out but It’s never an excuse to serve spoiled food.
We let our server know and she quickly took the ham away and brought us a replacement protein in its place. I was a little disappointed that she didn’t apologize. For me personally that’s all it would take to keep me as a customer so needless to say I probably won’t be back to this location.
