The person at front counter said how good the fries were even stated they were different cause made in the oven. They came out cold room temperature the same person stated they were the manager and my husband asked for fresher or even hot fries. They returned to table rubbery and the said manager told us they warmed them up in microwave instead serving us new batch of fries. We also got two BBQ sandwiches we’re decent. His side of Mac was extremely small.

Place is very clean and the staff were incredibly polite.

Bread was cold.
Fries were clearly out of a bag and where lukewarm.
The ribs though they fold off the bone they weren’t seasoned for anything.
And they barely gave you enough sauce to cover them all.
The beans though absolutely delicious! We’re served in this tiny little cup barely enough to be considered a side.
I was really excited about this place when I saw it but unfortunately it was a huge letdown.

Kindest folks I’ve ever met. Their meat is actually flavorful and not just smothered in a sauce.. did I mention – kind? Easy to buy when it’s good food from good people. Saw a comment from someone about “boiled meat” and cracked up.. did you not SEE the huge smoker and kitchen? Or have you just never tasted bbq before? You have to love some folks.. Wilson’s is top tier. I’ll be back!!

We had a great lunch today at Wilson’s. The food, atmosphere and service were great. The ribs were falling off the bone and we enjoyed the pulled pork sandwiches. We couldn’t leave without trying dessert. The pecan pie was great, but the peanut butter pie was out of this world. Definitely will be back.

In a state known for BBQ this is pretty disappointing. Boiled ribs and crockpot BBQ. I’ve tried several items on the menu and to me it’s all pretty mediocre. Definitely room for improvement.

Just got take out from Wilson’s BBQ for the first time and my last time. The worst BBQ I have ever had in my 60 years. The “baked beans” tasted just like Pork and Beans you get at Wal Mart. The servings were less than a 1/2 or 4 oz. When I called to see if there was a mistake in the size I was told I could order a pint. I have seen what shrink flation to save on food cost but these small amounts are ridiculous. Don’t go to this restaurant it is not worth the money you pay. Plenty of other BBQ Restaurants out there.

Service was friendly, but food was not good. Ordered 2 BBQ baked potatoes and two large drinks and paid $44. Was basically an undercooked potato, some pork with a ranch/bbq sauce, and shredded cheese on top, served with a tube of sour cream. Another person in our party ordered a pork sandwich and fries. Said the sandwich was good, but fries didn’t come out until we were all finished eating, and were bland.
Hate to leave a bad review, but also hate that we wasted $44 here.
