Dough is all it was and it was hard on the outside and undercooked on the inside barely any meat inside Im thinking maybe I caught them on a bad day three star because the pizza is usually good this is the first time trying a stromboli from here and definitely wont get it again

The only Pat’s we go to when we want pizza, or wraps, or cheesesteaks, or rustic sandwiches. Food is always good. The breaded wings are small but tasty. Kim is nice. Even when they mess up, the mistakes are easy to overlook. We called in an order for a large sausage, and a slice of pepperoni. They made one large pizza with 1 slice being pepperoni. It was delicious and we had a good laugh.

Not sure what’s going on at this location. Usually the cheesesteaks are on point but not today. The meat had no flavor or at all and both sandwiches were not what we ordered- toppings/condiments left off. Even the fries were blah. This used to be my go to spot. I guess it’s time to move on.

Ordered a provolone cheese steak fried onions and mushrooms. The cheese steak was definitely edible (I was really hungry) but wow was the steak was over cooked and not much fat content in the cut of steak used, which made this very bland and dry. The saving grace on the sandwich was the toppings. The roll was standard so if you like it soft you will like the bread. This is not a competitive steak.
Otherwise, the place was immaculately clean, the woman who took my order on the phone was polite and professional. The lunch specials looked reasonable.

I order from here often, and have done so for a long time. When it’s good, it’s the best location in the state. When it’s bad, half the portions are missing and it’s all undercooked.

Order from here almost weekly! Today while tracking my order it says it was delivered. I contacted the store and they said the driver was 2 minutes away. When I received my order the box looked like it had been opened. When I spoke to the manager his response was I’m not making another one because I’m losing money. Thought customer service was more important.

Great pizza, definitely coming back. Crust had the right amount of crunch and the sauce tasted kind of nostalgic, like the summer my neighbor disappeared. Staff was friendly, even though the cashier kept blinking in a weird pattern that might’ve been Morse code. One of them was wearing a tiny vest and watching me the whole time. Anyway, highly recommend the meat lovers.

Customer service alone is 5 stars. I ordered my pizza For Dine In. They delivered to my table. I looked at the pizza and didn’t like it but I said “it’s pizza. Just eat it”. And I couldn’t. I returned to the desk and said I wasn’t pleased. The pizza was over cooked. They immediately fixed me two larger cheesier slices and again delivered to my booth. I appreciate how they handled my dissatisfaction. Oh and the pizza was good! Slices so big I had to finish at home.
