This is the worst bbq that I have had in my life. I will never visit here again. The bbq chopped brisket sandwiches are unseasoned, the texture is off and super small. Is it real meat, who knows? Mac n cheese tasted like a mushy kraft mac n cheese. Very bland! Fries were seasoned well but soggy. I ordered extra fries and got less than half a bag full. The mashed potatoes needed to be seasoned. The store needs a deep cleaning it looks and smells gross. I ordered online so I didn’t know the condition of the restaurant till I walked in. My order took forever to prepare, they were barely making it when went to the cashier and asked. Also nothing was cooked freshed. Everything was lackluster I wouldn’t recommend. Go to knotts berry farm they have better bbq that won’t make you sick.
P.s. My boyfriend said He hated the food. He didn’t even swallow it. We threw the food away. The bbq sauce was the best thing about this place.

At this point it’s safe to say closed this restaurant would be a good thing. Cause they would at least save their reputation. I was a dickeys fans but this ruins the brand save yourselves and close. The employees don’t want to be there they had headphones on the whole time and nothing about the establishment was welcoming or working

If you come here to eat and have a bad experience, you deserve it, because you chose to ignore all the bad reviews including pictures both on here and on Yelp.
I spent $22 and got a laughably bad portion and quality of brisket, microwaved Mac n cheese (they put it in in the open and you will hear the microwave) and a bunch of okay fries.
The workers look like they don’t want to be there either, openly eating cup ramen right next to my table lol

Sadly this place has gone really downhill. I use to come here a lot when it first opened and it was great all around. But as of late the food has gone from bad to worst and the pandemic didn’t help the place at all. I’ve gone here two times now in the last year and a half and I will definitely not be returning and it’s unfortunate because their food can be good but I think that the people working aren’t the same as when it first opened. The service is subpar to say the least and my pulled pork looked anemic and gross. The only thing on my plate that was actually pretty tasty was the bread and their potato salad. I hope this place can come back to what it once was and if it does I would gladly return.

The place feels rather dingy and bare. Tables were sticky. Very unappealing display menu with no paper copies.
The soda machine was the worst. There was no ice, and the free water tasted absolutely HORRID! We also tried both a Sprite and Dr. Pepper, and the carbonation was so off that it came out ridiculously bubbly yet was almost completely flat by the time we got to the table. That’s not even an exaggeration.
We were very hungry after a long day, and luckily the food was prepared quickly and was delicious, but I wouldn’t want to come back to this location.

You get like: a lil piece of beef chopped, 2 chicken breast chopped and 3 kielbasa chopped
The sides are small medium size
Don’t waste your money just go to Panini Kabob Grill for less and better quality

This location has the absolute worst BBQ and side dishes that I have ever had. I feel it is important to note that I have always enjoyed the food at Dickey’s and typically rate their Mac & Cheese as one of the best. So I was surprised to find out this location is nothing like the others. Every aspect of my visit was poor from start to finish.
I was never greeted by any employees, the location looks like it’s been shut down, they had an ice cream machine but it was turned off, didn’t have any cups for water, did not have any BBQ sauce that I could get myself, and that was just the first 2 minutes. Never saw either of the two employees smile or act like they enjoyed their job or wanted to be there. Zero positive interaction of any kind from the staff. Not even a simple Hi, or Thanks for coming….
And I haven’t even mentioned how awful the food was. The majority of the food was thrown in the trash because it was not edible. Everything was way overcooked to the point that everything was dry. The ribs were so overcooked that they were hard like bad beef jerky. The Mac & Cheese had zero creaminess or cheese sauce. It looked and tasted like it was made several days before and reheated. The sausage was cold before I even walked back to my car. The pulled pork didn’t come with sauce like it should have. The okra was cold and greasy.
I don’t see how any reasonable person would be ok with giving food of this quality out to customers.

I ordered the 3 meat plate with ribs, pulled pork, sliced brisket, potato salad and Cole slaw for delivery. I did not receive the sliced brisket. I received, I think, chopped brisket. It came with two ribs. The food tasted good. I was disappointed that I didn’t receive what I ordered.

I could not believe this place. All the Dickeys are closing down. I don’t know why this one is still open. The place looked abandoned and unprofessional. All they have to drink was iced tea. The rest of the machines were blocked off. They allowed me to use the employee bathroom, which had no soap and was just nasty and dirty inside. The price is on the board was not the prices that I was charged they were told that they went up on the prices last night and this morning these were the prices, but she wasn’t able to tell me what the price of anything was. She just rang it up. I paid $23.99 for a two meat plate but it set up on the marquee $20.49. With tax I paid $26.24. This is a real disappointment being that food is so expensive now.
