once a month I get to Zebulon rd and I always look forward to getting my 3 meat pizza always because it’s so good and the people here make it so very good it’s just amazing well….. I assume non of the same people are there any longer I didn’t recognize anyone there anyway I decided to order the pick 5 toppings that was onsale and could hardly wait to try it boy was I wrong horrible thin as a sheet of paper and hardly any toppings at all!!! and so tough and I ordered it sitting in front of the restraunt and watch the timer count down there is noway possible that pizza way fresh I didn’t even feel like going through it was tired from 10 hours work want be back and it’s been my spot last couple years I’ll just go back to little ceasars for this quality of pizza and the lady acted like she was so confused go figure it’s sad

The overall taste of the pizza was great, but I ordered and paid for my pepperoni pizza to have stuffed crust and did not get it made that way. When I called them about the issue they (cooks and Manager) called me a liar and asked for pictures. I emailed pictures of the cheeseless crust to the cook. Afterwards, they would not answer the phone.

I placed a carry out order several days ago, got home and realized it was someone else’s food. I called the restaurant- spending over 45 minutes talking to 3 different people and finally they decided I was worthy of having my order replaced on another day (when I could come back to do so) I placed that replacement order today then called to make them aware only to be DENIED my replacement. The General Manager, Mike, was apparently off work today and would not speak with me. But had no problem instructing his employee to not replace my order because ‘he doesnt remember talking to me’ what a JOKE! spend you $50 on pizza literally anywhere else but here.

Hard to find, drive through was messed up. Pulled to window and the sweet lady took our order for two PP pepperoni pizzas. She said we were supposed to come in, but she felt for us and said she would take or order. THANK YOU MA’AM

I order from here at least once a month. The Thin n’ Crispy pizza is the same from my youth and I love it. They have good pastas for a takeout pizza place. They’ve gotten a lot smaller portion-wise but it is what it is. My store on Zebulon Rd rarely gets it wrong.
New pastas this time, pan pizza, thin pizza, cheese sticks, wings. All consistent and delicious.

Just picked up my order and I should have checked before I left. I didn’t get what I ordered. They gave me pepperoni instead of extra mushrooms. I paid for extra cheese and extra mushrooms for an additional fee. I even gave a tip. Lesson learned. Very disappointing

I ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni and the presentation of the pizza was nice and hot. But the appearance of the worker was disheveled and no gloves. After eating the pizza my entire family had stomach discomfort and diarrhea. Clearly who ever made the pizza didn’t wash their hands.

I placed an order online, received a confirmation email, and a ready to pick up confirmation. When I arrived they had no trace of my order. The employee nor manager cared about my situation. I asked for corporates number and I was told to find it online. The managers name was Mike. He wasn’t helpful and was very inconsiderate of my situation. I won’t be going back. Poor customer service.

It took an extra 30 mins than the scheduled time to get my order. The pizza was overcooked. I ordered 6 wings and only two had sauce on them. If I could give this place a zero I would.

Bit of a cluster. I showed my DoorDash pickup order and receipt, still took 10 or 15 minutes for them to figure out I ordered for myself and wasn’t a driver. To be fair they said the Dasher and I had the same name. It was gross that they gave me the wrong pizza, I took it to my car; they had to take back and give to the Dasher. I hadn’t touched it but the sticker on the pizza box was loose and they didn’t even check. Minus 2 stars due to confusion on their end and pizza was cold.
