If I could give zero stars I absolutely would, I’m an Uber Eats driver and not only was the employee extremely rude and yelling from behind locked doors but refused to serve me the customers order which can be seen already prepared and waiting to be picked up. I’m more or less disappointed for the customer who now has to order food and wait even longer from somewhere else. Poorly ran and horrible service, better hire more respectful and courteous employees.

It’s like they have no idea how to cook, it’s almost always over cooked or burnt and rarely actually cut. This time was the worst I’ve ever had though it made me sick. I will be filing a complaint with the health department because I just got done vomiting.

I just recently placed an order and realized pineapple was under vegetables and accidentally clicked it and when I asked the guy about ordering a second pizza at a discount because I figured onions and peppers would be next to each other. He was very rude and unwilling to work with me on ordering a second pizza.

Although Papa John’s Pizza is in my opinion, the absolute best it’s a shame because the customer service and app are absolutely horrible. The app charged my Apple account money for the pizza and never actually placed the order. So when you try to call you get some on the phone it’s someone from another country that can’t even pronunciate English properly and it makes it almost impossible to order. Although the pizza is phenomenal, the only choice you have is to actually drive to the store and order it and wait. Their app sucks. And their customer service sucks. Great pizza.

Under new management, apparently. Picked up four pizzas last night, which altered my favorite budget pizza chain … is now at the bottom of the list. Hardly even edible. Plain cheese pizzas; how can it go SO so wrong? Tried to call to let them know in lieu of a review, but after going to the call center somewhere overseas (I think), I ended up being on hold at the franchise, listening to a voice recording over and over – nobody picked up.
