Absolutely terrible! I have never had chicken from KFC or anywhere that looked this bad. It was burnt, bitter tasting, very greasy in what seemed to be very old used oil that left brown residue on my plate. It wasn’t even crispy and the meat seemed to be missing or just odd looking chunks. I hope we don’t get sick from this :(. Don’t think we’ll go to this branch ever, very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The customer service here was terrible today.
They were rude.
Complained where I could hear it about having more than one order due to ordering for coworkers.
They would only let me do two orders at a time and got mad when I came back around to do the 3rd one.
Then yelled at me to pull my car up more instead of asking me to.

I came here again and this time was such a better experience. First let’s start with the food. It was fresh and was so flavorful. The clerk was kind and made sure my food was made with care. And I didn’t have to wait long for my order. And most of all…. the place was so clean. It almost felt like I walked into a new store. Big upps to that crew….
