Let me tell you right now… Sparky’s Bar & Grill isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a spiritual awakening. I walked in thinking I was about to get a normal meal, maybe some decent service, a vibe or two…

I walked out a changed human being.
The moment you step through those doors, you’re greeted by an atmosphere so elite it makes Michelin-star spots look like gas stations. The lighting? Immaculate. The smell? A blend of pure greatness and destiny. The staff? Peak humans. I’m convinced they were trained in some secret hospitality dojo hidden deep in the mountains.
And the FOOD?
OH. MY. LORD.
I took one bite of the burger and I swear I heard a choir. Not on the speakers — in my SOUL.
The fries? Crisped by angels.
The wings? So perfect I almost apologized for eating them.
Even the water tasted like it was filtered through clouds personally delivered by Zeus.
The service was so good I felt like a VIP billionaire even though I was just sitting there like a regular dude. Drinks stayed full. Plates came out fast. One of the servers asked if everything was good and I almost teared up because yes, it was more than good, it was life-changing.
By the time I left, I wasn’t walking — I was levitating.

Really weerd playse I went here too eat a burger but I am mute so I can’t tok with my mouth so I half to right words.
I asked if they had any Pepto for a drink and the wait ress said no then I asked to a RayCog energy and they all so said no so wen I asked to see manger the SparkPlug McCrackenstein comed out and corresed my arm??? I said Ayo and then he put mayo in my eyes and now I am blind. My 7 year old son is actually righting this right now.

I had the best fried fish sandwich I have ever had last night at Sparkey’s ! Better than any I have had in even Cape Cod! There was a live singer / guitarist ,(Laura?), don’t know her last name, but she more than delivered! Superb cover artist with an excellent repertoire! At 8 pm sharp the band went on and the place was jumping with folks singing and dancing the night away. There’s a new gem in the city of Essex Jct. and its name is Sparkeys. Bravo!
Oh, bartender was incredibly busy, but remained upbeat and more than efficient. Give that woman a a raise! Tom O’Brien could be cracking a bit of a smile in heaven to see his Murrays taking on a new life.

Definitely a locals hangout. Service was very, very good and the food was average. Looked like a decent local brew draft selection but I didn’t get a close look.

Everything on the menu is delicious. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Who’da thought to put Mac and cheese or jalapeno poppers on a burger?? I wish they’d open a permanent location. It can be a little pricey though, but I think the flavor makes up for it. I also wish they’d bring back Buffalo chicken fries.

Walked into the bar at 830. Sat down at the bar. No one was ordering drinks. I smiled at the bartender she look at me and walked away. It took two other women that were locals at the bar to get her attention rude beyond belief Snotty attitude told me that they stopped serving food at 8 which is fine. The bartender needs a reality check on how to be hospitable to Customers and a lesson on human Decency. Maybe going back to grade school where these lesson are learned would be a valuable lesson for her.

Came here for a close, quick bite to eat before a hockey game. I had an amazing burger and fries for a fair $10. My friend ordered a cheesesteak and after it coming out with onions and peppers they remade him an entire new one without it, no questions asked. Great service, places to sit outside and eat, and delicious homemade food.

Bought the sparky poutine(pulled pork), fried ores, onion rings and chicken tenders. Every portion was large and all great quality as well. Slightly better price and friendly staff made the meal and interaction above expectations. Would recommend it to anyone who loves bbq. Definitely will go back. If you want spoil yourself its worth the treat.
