Trash – every time I order from here, the order is wrong. I ordered 8 piece mozzarella fries and frozen coke… they delivered 4 piece mozzarella fries and cherry icee.

The wait was a bit longer than usual. They did not have pickles which is strange for a burger place. I requested no lettuce on one sandwich but it had lettuce in it.

This place is constantly slow and they do not give your correct change when you pay with cash. 7 out of 8 times I was shorted. They are stealing. I confronted manager, he refused to give me phone number of a superior and walked away. He was actually the one who shorted me almost everytime. I have a call into corporate but they probably won’t reply. Avoid this store like the plague.

Angela was our cashier and took care of us promptly, friendly and attentive, thank you. I was skeptical to stop here but to my surprise, it was clean, good service and the food was done right in my opinion. Their layout is very nice actually, sofa lounges to relax, booth and tables!

My fav burger king for just mainly dining in and hanging out to eat and watch videos. The food came out quick and nicely cooked. The staff were very helpful (like when I forgot to add cheese after placing my order). Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Haven’t had Burger King in years but decided to try them again after receiving some coupons. I was really surprised to see how perfectly made our meals were. Everything was so clean and organized inside too. Best customer service I’ve ever received from a fast food chain as well 🙂 This is definitely it a typical fast food restaurant and I’m definitely coming back.

Food was horrible this morning..So we ordered 2 number 2’s which is the bacon egg and cheese croissants with extra bacon. The hash browns was old and luke warm. And the eggs was over done. The bacon was half done..like if it was pulled too soon. And we only got 2 slices of bacon even though we paid for extra. The drinks was flat. The food was not worth $21. And the lady that took our order in the drive through was rude. And the lady that handed our food to us could care less about the issues. I will never, I mean never eat at this Burger King in McKinney again. Horrible customer service and just plain disgusting food. I the the store manager and shift managers need to start doing their job by maintaining this store better, before someone gets sick of food poisoning.

If you’re ordering any chicken fries I suggest you never pay for the 12pc, I have ordered the 12pc numerous times and have never received 12pc. I’m guessing because they use the same box for 8pc and 12pc they only give you what they can fit in the box which isn’t 12pc. One time I got 7pc, then a 9pc, this week they have been 10pc. Why do you sell something you don’t provide? You guys owe me money’

Stopped in drive thru, they refused to make everything…. No burgers, no chicken, no fish, no fries.
Who manages this place? It truly seems like there is no oversight or accountability for the night crews. This may be a franchise, but corporate needs to step in to make things right for their customers while protecting the brand. Read the other reviews!
***Can sometimes catch good service at this location only when the older Hispanic lady manager (guessing) is on end of week nights, she always has a great attitude, and makes sure the food is fresh and correct.***
