i went in to get some food around 2 o’clock and as i’m ordering my food i seen a lady with glasses and a mask, i’m not sure if she was a manger or employee but i seen and heard her yelling at one of the other employees because she didn’t hand the order out fast enough. if that wasn’t enough she kept talking about the girl after she went to the back. i think this is very unprofessional i will not be going back. get better employees and managers taco bell!!

I went to this location tonight at 6 45 pm. I went in to at the kiosk so we could get food fast. Staff inside were using inappropriate language, making “puking” noises and the manager was wiping her nose on the back of her glove every 30 seconds. I stood inside and listened to them pull orders for door dash , drive thru and Uber eats for 20 minutes and then I said something. The staff then proceeded to talk shit while there is a lobby full of us waiting for our food. At 45 minutes I said I want a refund now and my food was magically done. I said I dont care I want my money back now and you can keep your food. Absolutely hands down the worst service and Taco Bell around. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I usually work nights as a Dj so I’m usually hungry on the way home; but I also try to pick up food for teens so they’ll have lunch the next day. I pass several pass SEVERAL Taco Bell locations (along with additional fast food establishments), however I honestly wait until I get to this location in South Haven, Indiana before I pick up food simply because the staff at this time is the best! Not only is their food honestly better than other locations, but the staff is so nice & friendly, just makes your evening after working a long night. I finally asked the young ladies what their names were & thanked them for always being so friendly when I come about 4 times a week, lol. Althea is one young lady who’s there every single time I order food & have never seen such a hard working employee going above & beyond to make sure your order is correct, and the other young lady with the red hair I believe her name is Autumn is if i remember correctly, she’s absolutely such a sweetheart & I truly appreciate her kindness & smiling face when i come to pick up food! This location definitely hit the jackpot with their employees, truly hope Taco Bell appreciates the employees here or at least I can say the ones who work between 9:30 pm and 2:00 a.m. as that’s when I’m always picking up food, and is truly why I pass by so many other locations just to come to the South Haven; Indiana location!!

I hate hate hate leaving reviews like this but I really want people to consider any other taco bell location. Every time I’ve come here I’m in the drive thru for a minimum of 30 minutes. They take 10 minutes per order, which seems insane because there’s no way it’s taking 10 minutes to make fast food. There have been times I’ve come hours before close and they either don’t answer at the speaker or they say “we’re not taking orders right now” I have no clue why Taco Bell would launch this location.

The staff inside was very courteous and kind. Especially Mary Jane and the manager Christa. They went above and beyond what I expected . I thought I had my order wrong and they handled it like complete professionals . I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a good quality meal along with great hospitality.

Got a grilled cheese burrito and 2 cool ranch doritos locos tacos. My “cool ranch” shell was just a plan hardshell with a soft tortilla around it. Had to come back to get my burrito corrected because they gave me the wrong one.

This was our first and last time there. We wanted a quick bite and haven’t been to this brand new location so we stopped in fir dining in. The place was so dirty it was unbelievable. While there were a few people in the back busting their butts getting orders out you can tell no one takes the time to face the front of the store at all. The soft shelled tacos were dripping with I don’t even know what, water? A couple of the employees were outside in the dining area and when they came inside they were loudly continuing their conversation, just unprofessional to say the least. We were just very disappointed that such a new place was so run down already.

Waited in drive through for over 10 minutes with lots of cars behind me. Girl at the window was rude and unpleasant. She was talking with a co/worker and not at the window, even though she saw me there with card in hand. Another worker was putting her hair up in a bun near the food. I won’t be visiting this Taco Bell again. Don’t know who the manager is but they better take note or some other fast food place will be taking that spot. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!!!!
