I used to go to Culver’s a couple of times a week but in the Summer after reading about the Culver’s in Cottage Grove having employment discrimination issues (against minorities and gay crew members) and adult employees groping, stalking, and harassing teenage employees on a frequent basis I stayed àway. However , I gave in and decided to dine in and order a Deluxe Double Butterburger meal and instead of fries, decided to try their version of macaroni and cheese.
The sandwich and iced tea were fine, however, the macaroni and cheese was disgusting. If you look at the photos you’ll see water and oil separation and then the noodles on the bottom are just plain noodles as it “appears” the preparation simply consists of throwing cheese on the top of the noodles and the quality is nowhere near that of Chick-fil-A.
Asked to see a manager who simply confirmed the preparation I mentioned being correct., and offered an undefined “credit” which i declined and stated I’d rather write a review which became the conversation amongst the counter employees and on a separate note, a constant issue I’ve had during the evening visit is the lack of customer service as they have this I call it “Lunds Mentality” which is you should be happy we allow you to spend money at our establishments.
Knowing that this low-quality product is a choice, coupled with the concept’s demonstrated ability of a hostile workplace, that makes it difficult for me to ever support the Culver’s brand again.
In closing, If you’re looking for a quality QSR mac and cheese, Chick-fil-A has perfected theirs and is a pillar of the community, however if you’re looking for a brand that practices workplace bias, inconsistent customer service, and sexually harasses teenage employees, Culver’s is probably the perfect choice.
* A note to Culver’s guest relations. Please don’t bother me I don’t want to give you more details or get a free coupon. Simply look at the photos provided regarding your product and acknowledge the Federal Court’s $261,000 judgment against the Culver’s franchisee, that’s enough support documentation.

“Culver’s is seriously one of my favorite spots! The food is always amazing – fresh, hot, and super tasty. Honestly, the staff there is just awesome; everyone’s so friendly and makes you feel right at home. It’s truly a great place to grab some grub, whether you’re craving a butterburger or some of that delicious frozen custard. Highly recommend!”

Extremely upset yesterday as I grabbed a value basket for lunch on the way to the airport. Receipt was correct and food was not. I’ll post the picture to show. I’ve been to Waconia and they have never messed up the order, I will not visit this location again. No bacon, No mayo, and definitely not plain. Tons of lettuce.

Culver’s is fast food. Its not like McDonald’s. Whats different is they do have different salads to choose from I think 3 kinds. They serve chili and other soups. Sometimes chicken noodle . They have chicken strips kids meals with a free scoop of ice cream. They have grilled cheese sandwiches. They have pretzel bites and onion rings They have custard icecream chocolate or vanilla. And different sundae dishes. My sons enjoys eating at Culver’s. And my adult son with autism likes me to get his meals there. When he works at dollar tree as being a cashier thier. And works long hours on Sunday. I usually run there to get him and his boss lunch. And his co workers jump in with the boss and my son. So then I had a big food order to pick up for all the workers at dollar tree and they enjoyed having thier lunch break. Its Quick to get a meal if you order on line. Its reasonable price. It can cost alot if you order alot of food and getting drinks or shakes and custard Icecream. But if you feel like it’s too much for your budget. The value meals cost more. But as a parent. I would order the kids meal for myself to save money. The food is good. But I wouldn’t eat it everyday. Because then you would get tired of the same foods. But the service is good. Plenty of parking. And you can eat inside or take the order to go. Thank you. I hope this helps.

I am leaving a review because I want the manager to know what a great employee they have. Audie helped take my order and he was such a pleasant nice guy. You usually don’t get such a high level of service in a fast food restaurant but he went above and beyond my expectations and I really appreciate his kindness. Audie is a great employee and I hope his managers realize how valuable he is.

Friendly staff, good food. I’m usually ordering drive thru and I’m not exaggerating when I say half of the time I order frozen custard here it’s wrong. My mixer is melted, wrong ingredients or charged extra for nothing, really sucks the joy and convenience out of the experience.

It was really loud and chaotic. Food was fine but it wasn’t an enjoyable atmosphere and I was ready to go. As soon as I walked in there was a woman yelling and arguing about her food at the front counter. Once we sat there was someone else yelling at people at another table. About 15 mins after that, there was even more fighting and yelling. Someone at another table was continously yelling at different table and eventually called her fat and then they ran outside. I left after that, there was way too much chaos going on.

This place was amazing. The service was very friendly and professional. Drive through was quick and efficient. I got a double bacon cheeseburger, soda, cheese curds, and a concrete mixer for about $20 which I believe is a great price, especially also considering how good quality it all was. The burger was very fresh, well seasoned, and overall everything about it was great. The concrete mixer I got included marshmallow and cookie dough pieces and was the perfect smooth but solid texture. I will say that the cheese curds were basically same taste as regular mozzarella sticks, but I still liked them. Definitely recommend this place to anyone near one .
