My first time ever at this place and the fish tasted terrible I had gotten it to go brought it back to get a refund because it was so nasty I had only taken one bite out of it and they refused to refund it. There was no manager and apparently no manager on the weekends period. The people working had no idea what to do call their manager multiple times and their manager refused to do a refund. They don’t even know how to help guests to have issues because they don’t have a manager to take care of anything. I actually feel sorry for the workers because they’re at a loss on what to do and how to handle things because there’s nobody there to make sure that they’re good and that they have everything that they need and that they were trained properly. I can honestly say that I will never return to this place but that’s believe I will be getting my refund. $34 for two bowls is not worth it. So 5 days later I finally am able to get ahold of a manager they tell me they can do my refund that I could come pick it up I drove 30 damn miles to pick up my refund for them to turn around and say they could not do refund in cash because my order was paid with a debit card and they had just figured out what it was. It was supposed to be taken care of Monday this all happened on Saturday it is now Thursday. I will never recommend this place to anybody. The owner needs to get their head on straight. What’s the point of having managers of managers cannot take care of managerial things. I would not eat here unless you want to take the risk of getting food poisoning.

I would say this was a good place to get a quick bite. I would say the taste of the food matches it’s quick style, if you know what I mean. Fish I sampled tasted fishy and unpleasant, the crab mix wasn’t that great either, and the shrimp was so so. The side veggie items were fresh. It’s nice that you can customize your meal to your liking. Fun idea- deconstructed sushi basically. Staff was friendly and nice, clean resturant. I’d come back to try more combinations

Fresh Food, friendly service, clean and welcoming atmosphere. We had questions about some possible food allergies and they check ingredients on a few sauce options and got a fresh tote of salmon to make sure no cross contamination was a problem. Amazing service!

The salads are always fresh and delicious I love the fact that they have a big fresh selection of sides. The Miso soup literally tastes like dishwater! I suggested to the staff to taste it before giving it to anyone else. Once they did it was concluded the Miso soup was missing something. I threw mine in the garbage, didn’t ask for my money back. No matter I definitely will be returning for the salads no miso soup next time ever.

Been going to the Scottsdale location since it opened anytime I’m in the area. I was there last week and heard they opened one in Avondale. I live in Goodyear so this is awesome! So grateful to have one close to home. Stopped by today and it was awesome. Friendly staff and fresh food! Great job guys.

Got a bowl on salad greens. Could not understand the person making my bowl. Food was on par for these places.
Annoying that a tablespoon of crab is a $2 adder. Guacamole has zero salt.
Wish there was a dressing so the greens were not so plain.

Love this place!!! Have been to the one on 7th avenue and McDowell until now trying this location and gotta say Avondale location is a bit better! Delicious as always but better portions I think too
