Ordered on the app as we were heading west on hwy 56. They had a nice little outdoor dining are with 4-5 round tables, and a small playground the kids could play on. Food came out shortly after we checked in. Everything was made to order and tasted great! We will plan on making this a usual stop on times we head west!

Ordered a smash burger for myself and a foot long coney for a friend. My burger was loaded onto a Jr bun (size of a biscuit) and my friends foot long was two regular hot dogs, with regular buns, end to end in the tray wish I would have snapped a picture

Poor/rude service, food is cold or luke warm if your lucky, pretzel always over cooked, food is carelessly sloppy and lacking, after reading the order back and being rushed to stop talking they still messed it up and had to send it back to have remade leaving the rest of my order to get even colder while we waited and no compensation happened for this issue…and when i brought it up the gal said well it took 15 min to take your order and its just the 2 of us here right now and your order was the biggest order we’ve had all night. (So its ok to mess up our order and give poor quality food and service because we had a large $51 order and took 15 min to make the order). They always mess up the orders but as its a small area Theres not that many options for food so we are stuck with poor quality food that made us all sick to the stomach and poor quality service with no compensation for them messing up the order even after i tried to repeat it back and the guy just kept rushing me saying is there anything else after i said each thing in my ordered so i could make sure that they had it all correct. There’s no excuse to mess up am order if i repeated it back!!!!! We go there and as the biggest order paying that much you would expect that they would want to make sure we come back and would put a bit more effort in to making sure there’s quality there…to top it off when i went back the next afternoon to speak with the manager about this service it was the same guy that took my order the night before and he justified it by saying I’m sorry would you like me to remake the tots for you i was really busy and the cook served the other order behind you because it wasn’t as much as mine was and the other order was just drinks the cook probably already had food down. So basically my concerns were not going to be addressed!!!

Not sure what the deal is, but apparently if you have a large order, you end up waiting for your food. Our order already in and waited on location for almost 25 minutes! Unacceptable. Not only is the food not hot, watching multiple customers come and go means the small orders get handled first. Luckily we don’t eat crap food often but to wait and then get cold fries and lukewarm sandwiches is total bs. How hard is it?! By the looks of the reviews, this is pretty common. Note taken. I guess we dont really “hold drive through accountable” after all. Like the other guy said, if you have a schedule, perhaps another location would be best. During the day, the kids are in school- so we can’t blame them!

Pretty awful experience with the new patty melt and staff. As shown in picture the texas toast was saturated in butter with no “toasting” observable. I tried 2 bites but the butter was over powering and not edible. I asked a car hop if that is how it’s supposed to be and she admitted it was not made correctly and she would “tell them inside”. The manager never came out. Burger was remade correctly. Just paid $4 to donate to Sonic’s trash can. Thanks guys.

I placed an order waited. Person came and took it back then I suppose to get our drinks. Never came back Charged my card. Had to call again asked about our order. They had it and finally sent it out cold and forgot our drinks again. Finally they sent our drinks.. cold food sucks. If they hadn’t charged my card yet I would have left!!!! We were there a hour !!!!

Stopped to get some food and the ketchup on my burger was bad. It has a fermented foot taste, burger was cold and the fermented gross ketchup was the worst part. Staff seemed to be high or just out of it I’m not sure but I would be interested in seeing how clean the kitchen is if ketchup is going bad.

Ordered the supersonic bacon cheeseburger combo. Its a #3 Sonic classic. Barely any fries. No bacon. Took forever. They looked the expression like I would tip after waiting over 15 minutes for a response… in the drive thru. They make food, but if your going sonic fast food on a lunch break; make sure you’re self-employed or have an hour of lunchtime.
