It was a horrible experience the mimosas was weak the chairs were flimsy the tables were too little the bouncers was making people pay them to park in a NO STANDING ANYTIME ZONE $40 to park &60 for brunch the bouncers was running up to people cars asking them if they needed parking the food was warm the DJ TALK TOO MUCH I!!

Puts their hands on girls with no consequences. Police saw the entire altercation and did nothing. Genuinely do not recommend this place to anyone. This place is ran by people with a huge lack of organization skills and overall just unethical human beings. If you want to have a good time, don’t come here. Would give a 0 if I could.

This place is terrible. The bouncers are very rude. We got kicked of our section bc they’re incompetent and overbook sections. The bouncer was physically pushing people out of the section to let other people sit. The unprofessionalism and disrespect knows no bounds. Never coming back.

Had a TERRIBLE time. Came here to celebrate my 23rd birthday left with a black eye after a bouncer punched my friend and I. The Bouncers are absolute terrorists and will literally ruin the whole experience for you. It was so bad we had to involve the police. Ive never been to a worst establishment. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

We reserved and PAID a $1,500 deposit for this place last weekend May 4th 2025 for a birthday celebration for it to be CANCELLED the night before and they refused to refund our full deposit???? We received $60 back only, I can’t believe a place would be so bold! hello have ya’ll ever been sued ???? When we asked why they cancelled our reservation, especially so last minute these people told us they didn’t have enough reservations for the day therefore decided to cancel, even the ones they took money from AND CONFIRMED weeks in advance. This place ruined a birthday celebration so if you take your birthday serious GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. GIVE ME AND MY FRIENDS OUR MONEY BACK !!!!! I crossed my friends first name out for privacy, refer to the screenshot of the conversation as PROOF the Stafford stole from us. You got the right one I will never let this go until it’s made right.

Unfortunately, you always know when people open establishments for the money and not for the love of the industry or care for the quality of work. My friend paid for the birthday package.
1. brunch started at 2 and we reserved the 2-4:30 brunch time. They didn’t open until 3.
2. The table was flimsy and chairs were typical party city chairs.
3. The mimosa and rum punch was weak and plastic cups were given. It was clear that they prob don’t have their liquor license. No full bar but I did manage to get a drink at the bar for 18 dollars in a plastic cup that was disgusting.
4. The food was disgusting. The waitress took the order but did not remember who ordered what. Keep in mind we were the first group there and others started arriving about 30 min after we were officially seated at 3. The salmon was clearly from a bag ( single packed) the pasta was seasoned well. The grits were grainy. The burger was sent back 2 times.
I will never return and I encourage you to keep your 60 dollars. It was not worth it at all. We ended up leaving after we refused to par 500 to stay on an empty stomach and going to the nearby bar for food and real drinks. Shots in the small plastic shot glasses, watered down mimosas and rum punch. Just terrible.

During a recent experience my sister had with a party of 26 people, we encountered numerous issues that left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. From the cramped seating arrangement at a table in the center of the venue, to the disorganization and lack of preparation for such a large group, it was clear that the focus was solely on profit rather than customer satisfaction.
Upon arrival, we were made to wait for 30 minutes before being seated, despite arriving on time. The lack of communication and professionalism was evident when we were greeted by a staff member who seemed clueless about our reservation. The security personnel displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, which only added to the negative experience.
Once seated, we were served by a single bottle girl/waitress, who showed little regard for our group, especially the birthday girl. The service was slow and subpar, considering the amount of money we had paid for unlimited drinks. The way our food was served in to-go containers, and the waitress calling out orders in a disrespectful manner, was embarrassing and unacceptable.
Attempts to address our concerns with management were met with indifference and a lack of empathy. The offer of a meager $60 refund for the entire group was insulting, considering the amount we had spent. The subsequent attempt to move us to an outdoor table with inadequate seating and watered-down drinks only added to our frustration.
The overall lack of proper management, staff, and resources to accommodate large parties was evident throughout our experience. It is clear that this establishment prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and professionalism. I would caution anyone considering booking here to proceed with extreme caution.

This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. The bottle girls are very disrespectful. The managers aren’t in communication , one says something and the other says another . We were a party of 26 who paid over $2000 and wasn’t accommodated properly . I have never in my life experienced anything like this before . The security ? Don’t let me get started on their rude “security guards” , not accommodating anyone’s reservation time . What’s the point of having a rsvp if security is gonna have you stand outside for a hour and half missing your whole reservation . & then to get inside and not honor our respective time as if it’s our fault that’s their rude security guards had us standing in the hot sun for no reason . I swear I have never been so disgusted with an establishment until now. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please put them out of business because this is legit a scam. People choose your place of business to celebrate their birthdays and this place ruins everyone vibe . They even had a birthday girl and her party pay for the rest of her bottle package at the door , for her to not even have a table for her or her group .. how ghetto is that ? & then they started removing our tables in the middle of us eating to “set up for the club” .. like huh ?? Half the party didn’t even get their food yet and the other half just started eating . Just beyond disrespectful. Please put them out of business .

Where do I begin? We booked the VIP option with a meal and champagne. We did not get champagne. The meal, I thought, was advertised as 3 courses but it was only 2 and both were awful. The “menu”, to my knowledge isn’t posted anywhere so I’ll give you a heads up: Course One is Avocado Toast, Caesar Salads, or Bacon and Course Two was a Turkey Club or Kobe Burger. There are no vegetarian, vegan, or food-sensitivity options or substitutes. Gratuity is not built in to the price of the ticket so you will be given a bill at the end of your awful meal for 20% of what was ordered. Most of group got the Caesar salad and none of us finished it because it tasted fishy. We were split for the second Course. The burgers were like hockey pucks and the sandwich had an unpleasant sauce on it. Again, most people did not finish this course. On top of everything we have already paid for, there is a 2 drink minimum ($22) but your options are limited to beer or pop and mix. If you want water, prepare to use a drink ticket because you can’t get a free glass of tap water, only bottled. One of our group was pregnant and was still required to do the 2 drink minimum for a maybe 6oz cup of ginger ale. To top it off, both the servers and bartenders were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unaccommodating. I honestly feel bad for the performers because I can’t see anyone wanting to go a second time.
