I have been trying to taste different entrees when eating out. Fiesta Linda Fajita Nacho over Rice with cheese was absolutely delicious. All the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The chimchunga was bussing, no leftover. I appreciate the decor, it’s bright and inviting. On top of all they were open. Great quick service with generous portion sizes.

I’ve come back in town recently for work and this place is usually my go to for shrimp and chicken fajitas. I order multiple times throughout the week.
Today, I received the wrong order. No big deal, it can be fixed right? Wrong. I was not asked if I wanted a lunch or dinner size portion and when I checked my food, the shrimp was also missing (I usually receive 4). I have a very demanding job in LE and the service I received today reminded me exactly why i left this town and never looked back. The servers name? Not sure, white male, likely brown hair 5’7 – 5’8. He was rude with an attitude when I was attempting to understand why I received a lunch portion when I placed my order at 2:17 and on top of that, he offered me the solution of THREE shrimp to fix the order, I chose not to drive 15 minutes for 3 shrimp on top of the attitude I was given. How about offer me a price for the portion size that I obviously wanted without snide remarks and an attitude? I chose to put the food in the trash where it belonged since that was the service I received and chose to never come back. It was insulting and I am aware of why he chose this way of a solution because I recall speaking to him previously when I picked up another order.
**** service makes any food taste like crap. I won’t bother spending my money here again. This type of service would not fly in Houston.

The server rushed us to order as soon as we sat down and was annoyed by questions
The ledge next to the table was filthy and had dead bugs all over it
The food came and both adult entrees were missing avocado slices (which happens) except the server argued about it the first time, then eventually brought some sort of sauce in a bottle, and finally the third time we asked she brought the missing avocado slices
She said she had our ticket when she saw us getting ready to go but never brought it.
Eventually I left the table to use the bathroom and then try again to get our bill and boxes, when I got back two minutes later our table had been cleared
She told me she thought we’d left (AFTER she told me she had our ticket and made eye contact with me while I walked to the restroom)
Also – the bathroom smells like cat urine.

Driving through town and decided mexican sounded good. Friendly staff welcomed me and quickly took my to go dinner order. We thought the prices were very reasonable and there was a good variety of dishes to choose from. For a Tue night, it was busy enough. There were about 4 tables seated. It didn’t take long, and my order of enchiladas verdes with added cheese topping & enchiladas Victoria with steak toppings was delivered to the table I was waiting at. I was very pleased to have a bag of chips & little salsa for each meal. Rushed to our room & enjoyed a tasty dinner. Yummy chips & the regular salsa wasn’t too spicy- my husband had gotten the spicy salsa and wished it was hotter. The enchiladas were good, but the refried beans were delicious – we cleaned our plates. So happy we decided to take a chance. Noticed the last menu posted was from 2 yrs ago so I’m posting a recent menu.

We were visiting friends who recommended this delightful Tex☆Mex restaurant. The staff was very polite & attentive. Their food was too delicious & when I asked for jalapenos they offered me two types. The deep fried ones were out of this world. Thanks Fiesta Linda.

Went for lunch with my aunt. We had a margarita, guacamole, queso dip, street tacos and beef fajitas for lunch. Everything was very good and the service was excellent! Great experience, will be back!

On the way to Arkansas we stopped here for a quick dinner. The wife wanted street tacos and I ordered the Pollo Ixtapa. The food came out hot and quickly. My chicken was a bit stringy though that was not a showstopper. Wife really enjoyed her tacos. Tuesday night and it was a bit empty.

So I normally don’t post on places but recently I decided to start. So my son loves fiesta Linda’s as it’s his favorite place to eat. Usually it’s ok, we encounter dirty tables, but it’s in a small town on certain days it’s busy anyway so no big deal. The chips are usually good but recently as of Sunday they were very hard, maybe a few out of the basket were ok but rest were hard I asked for more and was told I would be charged so I said never mind. Really, you provide those free to all tables and if they’re bad you would think to replace would be the right thing to do. The Sunday before that I was served sour cream for my fajitas and it had knat on it just flying and made landing as it made my meal feel gross. I was asked how’s it going I told the waitress was good till the bug and she just said “oh ok” moved on without taking or replacing it. Yuk I didn’t order that again. Just saying we gotta do better and you want that tip better. They went up from $1 to $2 in a week if u pay with your bank card. Cash only my friends

Very dissatisfied…. let’s start with the good. The young man serving us was nice. That’s it. Slow service.
Worst part. I’m worried I’ll have food poisoning tomorrow.
1st they automatically bring you a basket of chips and a bowl of salsa per person and yet the just charge for you each thing without telling you. Giving you the idea its free. Who just brings something out and charges for for it. I have never in my life experienced that!
2nd it was fairly slow and still took over 20 mins for our food with one entree coming out 10 minutes before the rest. No limes with the tacos if you ask they charge you.
3rd and finale. Each and everyone of our meals was not edible, leaving a bad taste that we couldn’t finish. The chicken smelt and tasted almost like fish! They only compt our nacho app nothing else, when nothing else was ate.
I know its the only mex restaurant in town but WOULD NOT RECCOMEND go 20 miles south to sterlington or cook at home!
Do not waste your time or money!!!
