GREAT staff. Opened ON TIME (5AM). We were immensely grateful–and hungry. Staff are so sweet, respectful, kind, and caring. I watched them handle indoor service and mobile orders. They treated customers with the highest levels professionalism: from parents treating the kids to happy meals, workers on their break or heading to work, to groups of weary travelers. The food was hot and fresh , kiosks were easy-ish to operate. I believe some kiosks do take cash at this location, which is appreciated. Restroom was super clean! Will stop in next time I am in the area.

This was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. They tried to scam the price on my order and when i asked for a cherry coke they said they don’t have that and they only have slushes so i asked if it would increase the price and they said no. But somehow my total was not adding up.

My family and I ordered through the drive thru. My kids had the same meal down to the mac sauce on the side. I spoke very calmly and slowly with the drive thru worker. They asked me to repeat my order ten times. They was trying to charge me extra for my kids meals when fries and a drink comes with a happy meal. I was charged for the sauce and they put the sauce in a chicken nuggets paper container! As I was checking my bag because of the previous confusion, I was rushed out of the drive thru and treated rudely. Giving unsanitary sauce to my kids is crossing the line, they could have asked me to put it on the burger instead.

Placed a mobile order. They forgot my Mcflurry. I had a curbside order and had to go through the drive through because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Told me I had to order it if I wanted it and I told them I already did. Then asked me for a receipt and I told her it wasn’t on the bag. Luckily I could pull up from my email. Then they gave me the mcflurry in a kids cup not the correct size. The quarter pounder had some old cheese on it. None of the fries were cooked, all soggy. Just horrible.

The staff were extremely friendly, the fries were on point, however I order a crispy chicken sandwich and the tomatoes were so small that I had to ask for extra. Apparently that’s the new size that the tomatoes for sandwiches come now. They are large enough for a salad, but certainly not a sandwich. That’s disappointing, because I don’t eat sandwiches without tomatoes.

Disorganized outpost of major fast food chain. Drive thru delivered wrong order – staff then spent several minutes trying to figure out what my order should have been. Food was warm, but fries were not crisp and chicken sandwich had odd, candy texture to the breading. There are better outposts of this again within a five minute drive. Bypass this location for those.

This was the first time I’ve ever had an employee anywhere chase me into the bath repeating “I don’t know” “Excuse me” and flailing her arms. Honestly a strange experience.
But the service at the counter was great. Just be careful of the bathroom guard.
