i’ve been to this location several of times (my mistake) & the food is always a disappointment. it’s like the employees dont want to work so the pizzas are always made so lazily & they are always out of something! i ordered 2 large 5 topping pizzas & there was probably 1 of each topping on every slice & they ran out of pan pizzas (which i already had ordered & paid for) but they didnt inform me until i got there & they were already done. just too many disappointments on too many different occasions. wont be going back.

I see they like to delete reviews that they don’t particularly like. This will be my 4th time submitting this same review. This location is absolutely trash. The employees are lazy and dodge accountability like they’re in the Matrix. The food is terrible and management doesn’t do anything to make up for poor experiences beyond a half-assed apology that they obviously don’t mean. Domino’s is right across the parking lot. Don’t waste your time or money here. The only reason they received 1 star is because I haven’t found a way to give 0 stars.

I called an order in Friday night and when I arrived the lobby was completely packed. They notified me that it would be a few more minutes. They seemed to be a little short staffed but everyone was moving very fast to get us all out of there. They were really pleasant, double checked my order, and even asked if I needed napkins or a bag. Just wanted to commend them on a job well done and apologize for the rude and impatient customers that seemed to make an already hectic night slightly worse. The icing on the cake was a hot and fresh pizza and wings that me and my daughter enjoyed! Thank you again.

We ordered our food 45 mins ahead of time and they had us waiting another 45 mins and never even made our order. Then gave another lady a empty pizza box with no food in it and had 10 plus people waiting and were extremely rude! They didn’t make anyones food! Won’t be back

I recently stopped by Pizza Hut and ordered the Flatzz pizza, and it was delicious. The crust was perfectly crisp and had just the right amount of flavor. The toppings were fresh, and the cheese was melted to perfection. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the amazing service I received from Courtney. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome right away. Courtney was attentive, kind, and made sure my order came out just the way I wanted. She checked in to be sure everything was perfect, which I truly appreciated. The combination of great food and excellent service made my visit memorable. I left feeling satisfied and impressed with how smoothly everything went. Courtney was absolutely amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back for both the Flatzz pizza and her outstanding service!

The last five orders i have got from this location has been wrong. Once I can understand, but everytime is ridiculous. I don’t know if employees are just slow or high all the time. It’s beyond ridiculous. They definitely nèd to train their employees better. Or they need new management. If I could give no stars I would. Take my advice just order from Papa Johns. They are fast and always get your order correct.
!!! UPDATE A YEAR LATER!! Update.. if you think after awhile they maybe got better. Dont.. they didnt. I literally got delivered raw dough pizza and the manager argued that there was no way. Nothing more gross than bitting in raw dough. Everyone knows the taste of raw dough and hunny that was raw. I ordered at 608 got pizza delivered to my door at 628. So It took only 20 minutes to make, cook and deliver? And there was no chance of raw dough? Lol then they send a new pizza wanting the old one back because they didnt believe me. Gave it back because it was not edible so I still had it beside the few pieces my husband tossed after just eating the topoing.lol i tossed the new one because i didnt trust it honestly. JUST CLOSE THE DOORS ALREADY. Picture to prove time frame

I have called to place a delivery order on 3 separate times! On one call the person answered and said “if you want it delivered it will not be delivered until 3 hours”. The second and third time calling the person picked up the phone and did not SAY ANYTHING!!! If you ever wonder why business close down think how you treat your customers!!!!!

If I Could Give It 0 Stars I Would! Bought Two Pizzas One Was Defective!! The “Manager” “Showed” Me The Pizza But Only Showed Me The Good Side As You Can See From The Pic!
