This place needs an overhaul in the kitchen. Burnt food, sauce not distributed evenly, toppings on half the pizza even though that was not a request. Had the throw the pizza in the oven it was just cooked enough to send out. Don’t order from here.

Why do they make you “sign a reciept” when picking up your own order that was paid for online? BECAUSE THEY WANT A TIP for carrying the box 8 ft to the counter. I paid online and drove myself to pick up the order. You should tip me you entilted crew. When I pickup other fast food, yes you are fast food. They don’t expect a tip.

Extremely disappointed with this Domino’s. We waited over 2 hours for our food, and during that time we were already charged even though the order hadn’t arrived. After paying, we were still left waiting with no clear updates or explanation. The wait time was completely unreasonable, and the lack of communication made it even worse. Being charged before receiving food and then having to continue waiting that long is unacceptable. Definitely not the experience we expected and not somewhere we’d rush to order from again.

Two of the last three times I’ve ordered pizza, they never delivered it. This is after waiting and waiting and waiting and finally calling and finding out that they haven’t even left the store yet.I filled out a Feedback request, and Domino’s gave me a coupon for a free pizza, and when I tried to redeem it at this location, it said they didn’t accept the coupon. What a joke! I called the store to see if there was any resolution they could provide, and they just directed me to the website, which is exactly where we went the first time, who gave me the coupon which they don’t accept.

This is unacceptable! My fiancé and I usually go to the one on Argonne in the valley but we were out in this area, so pizza sounded good ordered at 12:20 and it said it would be done by 12:40. Well nope it was done at 12:30! 10 min to prepare and cook one pizza and 2 pasta bowls? Yeah I don’t think so. Well needless to say we got home and our pizza was cold like out of the refrigerator cold, the bacon was burnt, that sausage was burnt, the cheese looked like it was sitting there for at least 3 hours. My fiancé decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it well that was a mistake. Called today and was told they can’t make a new one or anything because it was from last night and said if we would of called after we got home that we would of been able to get a new one because they are there for 3 hours after close which they closed at 1am. I was not about to drive back down town from the valley so thanks a lot for an old pizza dominos. I will not return to this one.

Made a small order of some bread bites with their new cheese dip and an order of lava cakes for a late night treat. Order shows up and there’s no lava cakes. The driver speeds off despite being waved down and yelled at in the parking lot of a very quiet apartment complex. Tried calling the store multiple times only to be hung up on repeatedly. Open the bread bites? Half are raw and half are burnt. The cheese dip is cold. Don’t order here. Can’t even return this useless food.

I think they threw the toppings and sauce on from across the room and most of them missed the pizza altogether. Pizzas were overdone and underdone. Cutting looks like it was done by a 3 year old. Really Dominoes?
