The last 2 times I have ordered from the Harvest location, my pizza came out of oven and sat in the store for 2 hours before it was delivered. I watched this from Dominos Tracker. The first time this happened, had to go pick up myself even though I had prepaid a tip to driver and delivery fee which I was not refunded. I was told they were short drivers. The second time this happened, I would have gone again to pick up because I called store 3 times and was told it was on the way, just waiting on driver but I had no transportation to do so. Finally 3 hours after I ordered my pizza, I get notice my order was complete but no pizza on my front porch. I watched the driver pulling into neighbors house 2 houses down from mine and then finally coming back to my house. I’m not sure why she went ahead and marked the order as delivered and complete when it wasn’t. Needless to say, the pizza was cold and one of the toppings was incorrect. I received a coupon for a free medium 2 topping pizza to compensate me for a $40 order! Haha

Crust is very dry and chewy
Lacking on toppings and not evenly dispersed

Proper amount of sauce
Crust is soft and buttery
Decent amount of toppings that are evenly dispersed
The pictures alone tell the verdict. The pizza from the FX Station was better in every way. I wouldn’t even know these pizzas were from the same brand if I didn’t order them myself. The only downside is they really need a pickup window, it’s very small inside and gets cramped when a couple more people are waiting.

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Cinnasticks were different sizes and small ones overcooked- couldn’t eat.
Tried to order food a few days later and Waited another 2 hours. When I called to find out what happened I found out my store had been changed.
This store is twice as far diesnt have delivery drivers and can’t deliver in less than 2 hours. They are overworked sbdvshouldnt be having to driver farther when there is another dominos closer.

I’ve waited a year to write a review to be fair. This store is awful. They never update the tracker. My immediate order reviews seem to go nowhere. I tried going to pick it up myself but they manage to even mess that up, can’t find my order, give me the wrong order. The list of mistakes is long and there’s usually something wrong on every order placed. It sux because this is “our store” if we want delivery. This image depicts my ordering almost every single time. You can see it’s been an hour and tracker has not moved. So done with this store. I’ll drive to pick up orders from the other Jeff rd store.

They don’t have any drivers. The app does not tell you this. Your order will absolutely take 2+ hours. The app does not tell you this. They bake in batches so that the one driver they might have working that night is always delivering hot pizza. Which is great! But let us know an accurate delivery time. Don’t bother

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at your store. We placed an online order and noticed that, even two hours later, the tracker still said “preparing.” A message prompted us to call the store due to an issue.
When I called, I could hear someone yelling in the background, “I already made that pizza, I already made that pizza,” which was both unprofessional and concerning. The man on the phone told me our order would still take at least another hour because they were behind by 15 pizzas. We decided to pick up the order instead and were told to give them 30 minutes.
My husband arrived at 9:30 p.m., the agreed pickup time, but the order was still not ready. He waited another 20 minutes, and when the food was supposedly ready, they told him they had to cancel the original order and place a new one because we were now picking it up. This meant waiting even longer. At that point, we left without any food.
We are regular customers of this store, but this experience was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor organization, and unprofessional behavior were disappointing, and we would appreciate follow-up regarding this situation.

It should be for the Dominos on Jeff Rd..This is the second time we ordered from this domino’s and the food was fine but it took over an hour from the time I ordered until it was ready for pick up. There was a line of approximately 5 cars that I could see. I was 2nd in line but we weren’t moving. I tried calling but after 5 minutes on hold I hung up. This is the 2nd time this has happened so I will nit be ordering from this location again and may not even order from any other domino’s. I used to order for delivery and it to 30 minutes or less to have it delivered.

Worst dominoes ever of if I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza order 1 and a half hours ago. I was told one of the many times that I called that my order would be prepared and received in 35 minutes, by this time an hour had already passed. Not to mention each time I called I heard nothing but people laughing, being loud, and doing everything but what they are supposed to be doing from the sound of it. This is the third time I’ve gone to this location and the second time where my order is wrong. I order the buffalo chicken pizza every time and when I get home there is no buffalo sauce on the pizza. Twice now I have made a delivery order from this location and BOTH times it has taken an hour and a half or longer to get my order. I live 5 minutes from the location. The first time I ended up having to drive to the location to get my delivery. The second time my order was in prep for an hour before they even started baking it. Domino’s should really reconsider this location’s need for sustainability if they value customer service in any form because this store is evidently not equipped to handle the customer base to which it is assigned.
