Unfortunately, The second time my order was handled by this waif w/ a bun hair do… Attitude and demeanor was seriously lacking… If you don’t like your job, simply get another one.
Considering most people just want to get their breakfast/ coffee & just be treated with a little kindness – it’s really not that hard. Leave it at the door both ways -whatever is going on, But your customers deserve better!

This location is inside a gas station right off the Thruway. The employees were not friendly and seemed like we were bothering them when we ordered. We ordered a couple 6 dollar meals and couple doughnuts. The food was messy made and barely warm. The doughnuts were so small it was shocking. Id bet the doughnuts were 1.5 inches in diameter small. Not the best location for sure, might be better to hit the McDonald’s up the street instead next time.

Stopped on way through to Albany. Friendly staff at counter. Very pleasant interaction! Recommend a visit if in the area! Small but convenient.

On a random whim I decided to stop in during a walk in some great weather we were having, just to grab a few doughnuts and that was going to be it.

I got up to the register and one guy is counting the cash and coins, and is totally ignoring me. He noticed me come in, but didn’t say hello, didn’t look up to nod at me, didn’t say jack. Eventually after a minutes or so a girl come around to help me, grabs the three doughnuts I decided on, and said i was good to go. (yes, I got my order for free)

I think the reason she just let me grab and go was as an apology for the other guy being as rude as he was, and also that she made it sound that I would not be able to pay for a while as the register was being worked on. Hey, I made sure since I don’t like to get anyone in trouble, but I won’t look a free doughnut in the bag.

Back home I gave the three a quick reheat in the microwave, just a dozen or so seconds, and, yeah, they were pretty acceptable. Went with a strawberry glazed, a coffee swirl, and a blueberry glazed. The blueberry was nice and cakey, the strawberry was sweater than I expected, and the coffee would have been perfect with a hot cup of Jo but was fine on its own.

Was originally going to go with a three star rating for that initial unhelpful individual, but the girl afterwards brought this back to a solid four.

Don’t stop here unless you have 20 minutes to burn. We were the only people in the drive through line at 4pm on a Friday and still waited 20 minutes. Sandwich even came out missing the top piece of bread. Maybe they need more workers, not sure. Don’t stop here.

I travel a lot and go to many gas stations. (Unfortunately). This gas station had the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever been in. Toilet paper everywhere with pee on the floor. No toilet paper on the roll. Staff appeared to be friendly but can’t imagine how dirty the work area must be.

This has to be the worst dunkin donuts in the entire 518 ! Whoever owns this franchise needs to make a team meeting asap , or get more qualified staffing , I usually don’t write reviews, but this by far has been the most consistent in all the years I’ve lived in Amsterdam for 20 plus years and this is the slowest working dunking donuts I have ever came across , I sometimes come here with the dreading feeling it will happen again , but will give them the benefit of the doubt and still after all these years they work the slowest , there’s absolutely no excuse , you have busier places that never pull people over or take this long to get orders out , on top of it all your order being wrong. RANT OVER !!!!!!! You should test speed in workers during training before hiring. Idk what’s going on but someone needs to figure this out.
