Incredible shawarma and falafel!! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. The portions were generous and owners were genuinely kind and welcoming. Can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be back next time I pass through Gallup.

Passing through Gallup and found this food truck. Don’t be shy to pull in and check it out. The owners were friendly and generous. Serving sizes are plentiful. The flavors are EVERYTHING! My chicken shawarma was perfect. Best hummus I’ve had. Wish I could have tried more on the menu.

What a gem for Gallup! Every bite was a wow. The hummus was outstanding—creamy, rich, and finished with the most incredible olive oil—and the chicken shawarma was perfectly seasoned and tender. I’m still thinking about it (and regretting not getting dessert). Lucky are the people who get to eat her cooking every day. On top of it all, the kindest people. So happy I ate here.

I had the falafel bowl and it was delicious! My friend had the chicken Shawarma bowl and loved it! The portions are so generous! The owners are wonderful and friendly. Definitely a gem! Make sure to stop by if in Gallup, NM!

Really great stop for anyone passing through. Great value for your money. Food was excellent. I could tell the hummus was homemade, probably the best I have ever had. The kind gentleman was very nice and chatted with us the whole time until our food was ready. They were very generous and happy to share there food and culture with new customers.

This was some of the best Middle Eastern food I’ve had! I mean that genuinely. My parents and I were passing by in Gallup and I was looking for food to stop by and get and stopped to try this. It’s actually a food truck not an establishment. The food was so delicious and flavorful! The owner was so nice too. I couldn’t recommend this food truck more if you are in Gallup. I got the falafel bowl and fries.

The chicken shawarma was wonderful along with the hummus! All the food was flavorful with every bite. The lady who served me was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely have to come back when I’m am back in this area.
