Food is no better or worse than most Arby’s locations. Always hot and fresh during my experiences (may take a little extra time though). Interior well kept. Employees friendly and competent.
Edit: Let’s make sure we have our Entrance/Exit sign in good repair before we worry about whether or not my delivery driver had an insulated bag to make sure my food stays warm in 85 degree weather.

Ridiculous both of my sandwiches were raw… I almost finished the first one, didn’t even notice it was raw until I looked down and saw it…As you can see it was almost gone. Update: The Gm was really nice about everything refunded my money and gave me 2 free meal cards.

Arby’s in Austin Minnesota is just as good as any Arby’s across the United States. Stopped through got one of their specials that they have going on right now one classic beef and cheddar one gyro Greek sandwich. Two for $6! Can’t get any better than that. Also can’t guarantee it’s going to have the same deal when you come through.

I was door dashing an order and I came in to pick up an order. (I didn’t have my DoorDash bag due to being new and it takes a couple business days to receive one in the mail) and the girl who was at the front desk was incredibly rude. She was snobby and almost refused giving me the order due to not having a bag. I told her I didn’t have one and then she proceeded to tell me to go to my car to get one, even after telling her I didn’t have one. She then got rude and very snappy. This was today, Easter, around 2-4pm. At Austin MN. Very unprofessional and needs a serious reality check. The rolling of eyes, the attitude, all of it was very uncalled for all over just picking up an order. As I was walking out, she even proceeded to say “have a nice day” in a condescending tone. The order was a shake and a brisket meal if that helps you figure out what her name was. Brownish hair.

Sorry to say it was a bad experience. Waited 10 minutes at the end of the drive thru for my order (they needed to make crinkle fries). After finally getting it and driving away realized I was given something else entirely. Went back to get my order, and thought it was right the second time and yet again wrong – lol still no crinkle fries. Feels dumb to complain about and the lady was nice, but come on.

OH my goodness ! I have eating here for several years, service, food, and atmosphere has been outstanding until tonight ! The girl who took our order was rude, obnoxious and just mutter her words as if we were too much trouble or we were interfering her time on the phone.
Not even a smile or a thank you. Next time we eat there and if she is working the counter we will walk out and go somewhere else. The young lady who cooked our food is always outstanding ! We were there at 10:20 on Friday the 22nd.
