This place is interesting to say so and describe it to others. I went here March 2, 2026 there was kids in here entering the kitchen while being unattended by the employees they pick up the kid. I don’t even know if they wash hands or not. i’m really surprised this place has a grade health rating. it should be a F grade because with kids entering kitchens that’s a major health code violation and when I ate the food, it gave me food poisoning and I was awake sleep repeat all night and when I wake up, I had that liquid stuff that comes out of your undercarriage (you know what I’m talking about) so my recommendation is don’t come here unless if you want this experience find a better place surprised this place has never got shut down

I go to drive thru, to pick up my order. She tells me to go to door and she will bring out my order. I ordered 12 piece family meal with 3 sides, 6 biscuits. And 1 meat pie. She handed just chicken and biscuits. I went back in, she handed my other bag with no apologies. I only order from them bc they are close to my house. I’m in customer service so I try to give them chances. They are rude and they don’t care for the customers

DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve given this restaurant several chances, going there hungry, but they are incredibly slow, they don’t care about their work, and no one at the front is paying attention to the customers. They make you wait at least half an hour every time. And what annoys me the most is that while I’m smiling, polite, and kind, I don’t receive the same treatment from the restaurant staff. Some of the female employees, in particular, are very rude. Nobody is forcing you to work there! I’ve done the same jobs for years. I will never set foot in this place again.

Went to the location in orange ct. on a Tuesday night at 530pm and was met with a person who stated “I hope you ain’t here for no chicken cause we ain’t got no chicken “ so I was quite taken aback by the fact that at dinner time on a Tuesday night at 530 a chicken place didn’t have chicken, She said that there is no deals for chicken and that it would be a 45 minute wait before any chicken was available and I quote Ain’t no chicken gonna be ready for a long time !! Besides the horrible attitude and because I came to a chicken restaurant that didn’t have any chicken ready at dinner time makes a very clear statement that this is one place that I will never eat at again and that the staff they have working there is in some serious need of training. This occurred at 530 on November 11 2025 in case you are interested in who was working at this time. Anyone who is considering going here for some food may want to think twice before going here, there are better options where you will be treated with respect and they will be prepared to help you with your dinner plans

My experience was AMAZING!!! The food was fresh and oh myyyy the biscuits were SO soft and fluffy!!! The Dr. Pepper / vanilla cream soda is addicting! And let me tell how truly amazing the staff is!!!!! I think her name was Nat, I went to the drive thru a couple times and she is just the sweetest and most personable woman I have ever met , it feels so good to be greeted with a smile and politeness!!!! 5 star review ALL DAY!!!!!!! Thank you for such great service!!!!! We appreciate you!!!!!! ❤️

Passed this twice, due to poor lighting, not well lit at all, dangerous for employees and customers walking to there cars at night. Kfc light was not lit, they should fix that to attract more customers

The items are good like bucket ,5dollar fillup and wings .Among them wings are so yummy and tasty they have different levels of spiciness in wings you need to choose among them .
The better selection would be 5 dollar fillip with drum and thigh rather than breast piece .

Avoid coming to this location. Came at 9:30pm to pick up my order. When I arrived home, I opened the bag to eat my food and the crispy chicken that I ordered was soggy and undercooked. No wonder the lady handed me the bag tied up. I went back the next day due to them closing at 10pm and the girl on the speaker acted like she couldn’t help with my issue. When we pulled up to the window to ask for the manager, the manager (Ebony) was in the background unprofessionally talking junk and stated that I need to come back tomorrow at 10:30 because there’s nothing she can do about it, leaving me with the chicken for a whole 48 hours.
