First time eating at the Perimeter Mall food court. Chose Pei Mei on a whim. So the meat selection is heavily breaded, sauced and burned. Texture reminds me of jerky. The spicy shrimp had a funky flavor, fishy in a bad way. I also ordered the strawberry cream cheese eggroll… another let down. They give you a good portion of food all for $19.12 including a beverage. The problem is the quality. I would rate the food as terrible in my honest opinion. It wouldnt surprise me if I end up with an upset stomach. Hopefully they take reviews into consideration and improve. I wont be a repeat customer and unfortunately can not recommend eating here.

Absolutely, the worst food court experience.
One, the young lady preparing the food was not wearing gloves and constantly touching her face and her hair.
Two, it took me four minutes to get her to get me a clean container, as she couldn’t comprehend to why I was requesting a new one.
Lastly, overhearing some of the customers in the line about how the service and the food quality has declined, I thought I was safe getting veggies.
First and last visit.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Pei Wei Asian Express. The food had a burnt caramelized taste, and everything was so heavily breaded that you couldn’t even taste the chicken itself. The lo mein had a starchy, burnt flavor that made it hard to enjoy. Definitely not the quality I expected.

The mall was packed so fresh food was coming out constantly. Even though the food was fresh it was really dried out. We got the firecracker chicken, orange chicken, and bourbon chicken. It all looked good but unfortunately it was all dry and the bourbon didn’t have any flavor. Unfortunately I won’t be back here again. The service was good though.

The domination of this food against all other food locations at the mall compares to the domination of the Seattle Seahawks against the San Fran 49ers. The splendidness of this food compares to the splendidness of how I felt when Rashid Shaheed returned a 95 yard kickoff on the first play of the divisional round game last night. The price of this food compares to the price it costs to say you love the Seattle Seahawks. Last but not least, this place gave me free water, when Farmers Basket failed to complete such a heroic act of generosity.

Came in for lunch and ordered mixed veggies, green beans, bourbon chicken, and hot honey chicken. The bourbon chicken and veggies were great, but the hot honey chicken tasted sour and old. I also skipped the rice and noodles but still got charged for 3 meats. I was in a rush on my lunch break so didn’t have time to question it, but that part was disappointing.

Keep the older man in the BACK! Has a nasty attitude. Went here to pick up an Uber Eats order a few minutes after they closed and they told me they no longer have the order. Which to me meant they threw it away. And he waved me off like I was bothering him and told me just to cancel it!! NO you cancel it before someone gets here if you no longer have it. I have picked up stuff after closing times from many places but if you no longer have it cancel the order yourself. It’s inconsiderate to me and the customer. It goes against my cancellation rate and I don’t get paid for driving over there. Also, the customer may have a hard time getting a refund. I’m missing out on other real orders because you didn’t cancel the order. Also, keep the little attitude. I don’t want to talk to you as much as you want don’t want to talk to me.

Wonderful prices, I was there at 430 pm on December 16, and I thought the employees were so friendly and warm. The bourbon chicken was HEAVENLY too ❤️❤️❤️

Pei Wei is inside the food court in Perimeter Mall. The bourbon chicken and fried rice was spot on and the service was pretty quick considering it was a busy Saturday. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for good mall food.
