Paid $41.00 (after tip) for food that was horrible. The rice was dry, and in hard little balls. The sweet potato casserole is just okay. The cheeseburger that I ordered, did not come with cheese, and was super dry. Luckily they put the veggies on the side with your mustard/ mayo, because I ordered it with no onions but they sent me some. I also ordered it with pickles and got 2. The patty melt had soggy onions and no dressing on it. Chili cheese fries were okay. The best thing we tried was their baked apples, which taste like the canned ones! But that’s okay! You can’t mess those up!

I was visiting Kingsport for work training. Wanted a good steak and came across this place. So glad I took a chance and ordered from them! By far the best steak I’ve had! The mashed potatoes and green beans were incredible! I highly recommend this place! They know how to cook a steak!

This used to be one of our favorite places, we could always count on a good burger. The last 2 times we’ve been there my wife got a burger, they had a lot of chunks of fat or junk in the meat and the flavor was terrible. I got the sirloin tips, they were overcooked and some of the toughest meat I’ve had.The service was terrible, waited almost 15 minuets to have order taken and never saw our server again! I hate to be so negative but I know how good this place has been.

I’m going to start by saying the food is super amazing. The downside is the service is somewhat subpar. We waited over 45 minutes for food and the server just came and gave us refills but didn’t explain or say that there was a hold up on the food. Then after the meal we waited another 20 minutes to get our checks which never came we actually had to go to the cash register and ask for them. I feel like if you are a local and you know the place then you get maybe better service if you’re from out of town or a first timer.

Came on a slow night with hardly anyone else in the restaurant. The service was extremely slow, it took 38 minutes for the food to come out. This would maybe be ok with they were busy but they had maybe two other tables of people getting food. After we were finished we had to wait 20 minutes to just get our check. The food was good but the lack of service makes this a no go for me. If you have an hour and a half to spare go here if not forget it.

For locals or people who do not know of this place You’re missing out. My husband I and the entire family have never been disappointed in the food or the service here. I recommend you give them a try.
