Went there to grab some wings for me and some friends. The Chinese guy who took my order was extremely rude. He tried going back and forth with me but I cut him short. He had absolutely no consideration nor respect for the customers. I believe he was racist. Just really disrespectful. The only reason I didn’t cancel my order is because I was sick with the flu, and had hungry friends waiting that had been drinking and really needed food. Otherwise I would’ve canceled my order and boycotted this location. The wings are usually good, but this day they were not. I ordered a 30 piece. Had 10 lemon pepper, 10 hot, 10 mild, and a large vegetable rice. The mild wings were soggy with absolutely no crunch whatsoever, the hot was also a bit soggy. The lemon pepper was a bit overcooked. The rice was the best thing. Highly disappointed in this location.

Stopped by after leaving dominoes and I wasn’t disappointed. Those hot honey lemon pepper boneless wings and garlic Parmesan boneless wings wet were so good. Just the perfect amount of sauce and flavor. They were crispy and seasoned to perfection. I hope they consistent because I will be back and if not I will let y’all know.

I placed an online order at this location, and while waiting for my order, I witnessed something very concerning. A staff member dropped unwrapped cups on the floor, and instead of throwing them away, the manager on duty told him to still use the cups even though they had been on the dirty floor. When I asked for the manager’s name or the name of someone above them to report this incident, the manager refused to provide any information. I am extremely disappointed in this company for allowing such unsanitary practices. This experience makes me question the cleanliness and safety standards at this location.

Food was so terrible, I left there and went to JJs wings and fish where I should have went in 1st place. My Catfish was undone, I have to wait longer time at JJs, but at least it be done and I can taste the fish, not grease and un cooked .

Their wings were very small and not worth the price, I had teriyaki wings with lemon pepper sprinkles and fries , they didn’t give a lot of fries either and they put them in the small sections of the plate with had teriyaki sauce all in the bottom of them , very messy. I was not impressed. They need to do better.
