We have been long time
Customers of this establishment and in the past 2 weeks we ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, egg roll and fried dumplings. Both times we got food poisoning! First time we thought it had to be a fluke but the second time in a 2 week period! We will no longer be customers here. Also the fried rice is not what it used to be. It is no longer authentic, it appears to be frozen and thawed no onions the color is mustard yellow and it’s just all around bad service. The quality has sadly diminished.

Not sure who is making the chicken fried rice but have had better rice in a 90 second microwave bag from Aldi and the chicken doesn’t look like chicken. And you put nothing else in it? Crazy first and last time eating here. Horrible chicken fried rice.

Been going here for seven years. The service and the food quality have done a complete one eighty. I am not happy with whatever has happened.And the change in your product will definitely cause you to lose my business. Literally like my last 7 orders.I have gotten from them.Have been not cooked properly or missing items. It makes me sad because I did have a very long engagement of entrust with them. I usually get sweet and sour pork and it’s good but I can never finish it and it’s not as crunchy and fresh the day after, so I’ve stuck to appetizers.
I get the pot stickers, crab rangoons and teriyaki chicken.
I moved around the corner from this place a year ago and was happy to find a Chinese restaurant near by. I absolutely love this place and they deliver as well. Food is always fresh and hot. I’ve never had a problem here in the year I’ve been going.

Do not eat the food from this place. Today at 6:10 pm I ordered several dishes from here. The first spoon full of fried rice that came from the paper container had a fairly large piece of semi hard plastic in it. The egg roll I ate had a shiny fleck of something on one end I didn’t think much of it and brushed it off, now I wonder if it was also a piece of plastic. Normally this was a very busy place however today they had absolutely no business the whole time I was there I wonder if there is a corolation between what happened to me and possibly other customers. The other thing they did was not give me my entire order, I was shorted one persons meal. This had been my go to Chinese restaurant here in Cincinnati not any more. They have raised their prices and decreased the portions. The ribs were always great they are now small and over cooked. Did not eat any of the other food out of fear of contamination with foreign objects. Will be contacting The board of health in the morning to report my experience.

I work at a hospital and finally got a chance to sit for lunch after a busy day. I find a piece of hair in my food and call the restaurant. The lady that answers says it’s not anyone that works there. Then she says they won’t issue a refund and I can come drop the food off. I explain that I work down the street in healthcare and can’t leave. After arguing with her about who’s hair it was and explaining to her that I can’t bring the food there. She wasn’t willing to accommodate us at all. I’m disgusted at the fact that there was hair in my food and disappointed at the lack of customer service.

I have been ordering from Dragon City 4 for over 25 years. The food has always been incredible, amazing portions and always fresh. I’ve noticed a change in food taste lately….new cooks? My last order was not the level of food I used to get. The beef chow mein was colorless and bland tasting. The Moo Goo Gai Pan was also bland and the chicken didn’t taste like chicken, more like a fishy taste. The fried rice is almost al dente. The best part of the rice used to be how moist and sticky it was. The pork eggrolls used to be filled with vegetables and pork. What I got was a brown mush inside the much smaller egg roll. I know restaurants and personnel change over time, but the quality of food has gone way down. I hope they can find their way back to what it was.
