I don’t normally dine in at fast food restaurants, but I decided to today and was in the mood for Wendy’s. I was very surprised at how clean and well maintained this Wendy’s was. The staff was also quick with the food, and the food tasted great. I recommend this Wendy’s.

This place charges for barbecue sauce if you do not get chicken nuggets, which is a bit ridiculous given that the majority of people use barbecue sauce not only for chicken nuggets, but their burgers or fries as well. I think this is something that Management should take a look into McDonald’s doesn’t charge for their barbecue nor does Burger King.

So finally gave this place a 2nd chance. 6 months later… Cod Fish sandwich combo meal. Big mistake. The fish was so hard you could have broken a tooth! I’ve had better at McD’s and they are the bottom. As per usual for this place, the food was again not even lukewarm, the fries were cold, limp and disgusting. I couldn’t eat them The drink was good. See pictures, I threw over half of this away as I was too far away to return it. This place needs so much help. I hope the other places in the center are better than this WENDY’S. Get it together Wendy folks or stop the food and just do drinks.

Poor Quality food / management doesn’t seem to care at all . Too many kids working in the kitchen playing around, poor quality training on employees/kids , they didn’t know how to take orders. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place. I try to reach out to management a couple of times no one reach back to apologize about the food . I spent over $30 just to throw it away .

you cant place mobile orders here, and then when you go to the drive thru to use an app deal or reward it doesnt work half the time. they always list close and dont answer the phone, and sometimes this location and the centerville one are closed at random timea of the day so you never know if its open or not. sometimes they close early as well.

I love Wendy’s and and the food they serve. This location needs to review what they are doing. They have a manager who clearly struggles with the English language as I asked for a double and recieved a single. I had to tell him 4-5 times that I wanted the spicy honey bbq nuggets and he kept repeating honey bbq right!? The food was lukewarm so I don’t know who owns this particular location but you need to reevaluate your team members. I WILL NOT be visiting this location again.

I ate in the morning some breakfast meal here.
I gave them 15 minutes to get to me before I decided to call the store just to get them to come to the front. Then the sandwich they served me I found has plastic in it. I can only sue if it does damage to me so if I need to go to the hospital then I’m getting a payday
