It’s a well run and clean store. Staff is always nice. They don’t laugh when I mispronounce pitaya, which is much appreciated because that’s all my wife sends me there for at night.

I and my wife visit Playa Bowl quite often, about 2 to 3 times a week. We visit so often we decided to buy several of the Sweetdeal offers that they often sale online. All of our visits have been wonderful! But today’s visit was different. As I walked into the store and placed my order. I was told in so many words that I have a lot of the sweetdeals.com coupons, so I must be printing them off at home to receive a $10 discount. I admit I do like Playa Bowls alot. I nor my wife would ever risk our dignity nor freedom for $10 coupon. I can’t say what was meant by that comment, but I think I’m smart enough to get the jist of what was meant. But I will continue to visit Playa Bowl and continue to use the remaining coupons I have because the overall experience of visiting Playa Bowls has been a great experience.

This morning, after my medical appointment, I decided to stop at a lovely little spot that caught my eye. The moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a warm smile from one of the friendly staff members. Her enthusiasm was infectious as she passionately explained the menu, guiding me through the delightful process of creating my own personalized bowl.
She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond, especially when I mentioned needing a bowl to go for my daughter. Her kindness truly made the experience special. I couldn’t resist adding a refreshing smoothie for my husband as well.
The atmosphere in the place was inviting, with a sparkling cleanliness that made me feel at ease. The staff continued to impress me as they meticulously prepared my takeout order, treating each item with care.
After returning home, I savored my bowl, and it did not disappoint—the fruit was vibrantly fresh, bursting with flavor that danced on my palate. Everything was simply exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a place—200%!

I love this place! Best smoothie bowl I’ve ever had. They were so sweet to make me a bowl as I walked in right before closing time. The area is super clean and very well decorated. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Your response to a customer’s review was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Regardless of whether you agreed with their feedback, dismissing them with sarcasm shows a lack of respect for both that individual and the community you serve. As a business owner, you set the tone for how your establishment is perceived, and resorting to a “smart” remark instead of addressing the concern only reflects poorly on your business. A sincere, constructive response would have gone much further in showing that you value your customers and their experiences.

They just opened out here. Online says they close at 8pm on Sunday for the airline location. Went a little after 7pm and they were already closed. No signage on the door listing times either. That is not the way to start off a new location. If the hours online are wrong please correct them. It can easily be fixed.
