My party of 6 ordered around 6:50pm on a Saturday night where the restaurant was occupied but not full. The majority of us got wings and a couple orders of fries. After ordering, it took 30 minutes for our group to receive drinks. Then, none of us got any food until around 8pm (4/6 received food). I didn’t receive my food (order of 10 wings and plain fries) until almost 30 minutes later when most of the party was done with their food. I didn’t order anything special or unique, but it was clear my order had been forgotten. The server offered to take off my wings for the trouble (my fries arrived 10 minutes earlier), which I accepted. However, when I went to pay, the server said she didn’t know how to take off the wings and gave me an overall discount instead. My total ended up being $15 (wings were $16 and fries were $8), so it was still ended up being more expensive than if my wings were taken off. I paid it because I had been there for well over two hours and was ready to leave, but overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating dining experience. I emphasize with the server being the only one working on the floor, but it still greatly impacted my entire party’s dining experience. The food is good, but for the price point being much higher than other wing options in the area, there should be some level of service that can be expected.
For the meat eaters, the panino was good, as well as the Cuban sandwich. We arrived at a slow time so our server was very attentive.
Really enjoyed the decor, which is graffiti themed. They display work from local artists.
Note: the men’s room is located down a flight of stairs at the basement level.
Love the wings and the cheesesteak – I’d take this cheesesteak over one from Philly any day of the week!
Lots of art on the walls which is cool.
Owner is super cool and the staff is very accommodating.
I’m here at least once a month.
Felt like a decent start up still working through some kinks. Staff was kind enough to comp the japchae we ordered when we commented that it wasn’t actually japchae…
The steamed buns and the Angus di pomodoro flatbread were both quite tasty. Loved the cauliflower with sweet red peppers also (the saltiness made for good pairing with the other items we ordered)
My ginger spritz was delicious and refreshing and my fiance had the Route 66 cocktail (root beer and whiskey).
Would definitely try it again
