Since we had already had our family Thanksgiving the week before, we decided to go to Waffle House on Thanksgiving Day with the daughter and son-in-law that lives nearby. While it was busy, the service was excellent. They had an extended crew it seems. The food was good and the restaurant was very clean. Altogether a very pleasant experience. Well done WH!!

Went there with a group of about 20. There were two ladies running the place. Food was served quickly and was fresh, tasty. The ladies made us feel welcome, we had a great time. Recommended!

We have visited many Waffle Houses in our travels and have found the Emerson location to be excellent. Food was cooked to perfection and the staff is friendly and efficient. Caitlin is an excellent server. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful Waffle House nearby

The waffles were delicious like usual, however, our waitress had an attitude and it was obvious she didn’t want to be here. She was on her phone a lot and was annoyed everytime we asked for something. I couldn’t see her name so I snapped her photo.

I ask for my drink with no ice and it has ice and to had to that we didn’t get are drinks until we finished are food. Because the waiter was too busy fixing herself a drink. Would not recommend.

We visit Waffle Houses a couple of times a month during travel ball season. We visited today after we had a night away from the kids. The store was busy and there wasn’t any music playing hence the 4 stars. The servers seemed stressed. We had a new server, Grace, but she was doing an amazing job! She was handling all the counter business as well as the to go orders. She apologized for the wait and informed us she was still a little new. The cooks were amazing too!

Went to grab dinner about 7:30 last night, every table and the bar was covered in dishes. Only one employee vaping in corner. As we walked in, he literally turned his back to us stayed on phone…while continuing to smoke inside. I asked if they were open he said yes but didn’t attempt to clear a table. We loved this waffle house but unfortunately it’s obviously a no go from now on.
