Horrible !!! 3rd time food is so SALTY that it’s not eatable. Girl who was serving food , first of all she wiped the whole counter with her glove and pushed all dirt into a white rice and then started putting my food with this same gloves on. Used to visit Chipotle 10 years. No more.. oh and no chicken to be found in a chicken bowl, no black beans either

Tense experience from the moment you make the line to the size of the portions they serve all the way up to the face of the guy with the pony tail at the register, very apathetic… I ordered a double chicken and the 1st portion was the last of the batch and it didn’t even make up to a full portion, the second portion had to be added from the delivery food section and seemed quite standard. Not coming to this location unless I see different faces.

The portions especially for the meat is ridiculous. I wanted the carne asada, the first server barely put any meat on there so I asked for a double scoop and I was okay with paying extra however the second portion she made even smaller than the first portion. Then she kept repeating to the next server double asada as I went along adding the other items. When I got to the register she kept telling others and her voice getting louder that I had double asada even though the second server had informed the person handling the register that I had requested double portion. It was just a weird that the first server was fixated on repeating multiple times I had double asada which makes it the last purchase I ever make there and I am never going back chipotle

Ye, deffo try some real mexican food out there at nyc street truks rather than this. Overhyped. Nothing special. 2 stars because service was really bad and they let inside literally everyone.

For a No meat meal, there’s Barely any rice and bean and a tiny bit of guacamole and corn, and mostly lettuce to make it look full on top. The second pic is the lettuce off of it. No not to here. Mat Keats this time the people working there are nicer, but ehrte being very weird with very small portion for a bowl that cost $11. I heard a guy had to ask more rice that came after me. I literally watch her out a small about it rice in the spoon and shake the spoon to get more off of it! The 2 stars only bc they hired nicer workers.

they sneakily charged me $2 for fajitas, and when I realized after I paid, they stood their ground when I confronted them.
this is on top of the normal skimpy portions they give. the normal chicken serving they give me is barely half their serving spoon.

This chipotle really, really short changes you on the portions (I wasn’t even getting full scoops and I saw this happen. To multiple people). And the other reviews are tight in saying the employees are surprisingly rude. Not worth the money! Avoid!
